The fundamental question is, how do you trace every consumption, especially in a country like Nigeria where transparency is almost nonexistent because the system is made to work through PR (brown envelope)?

This is only logical argument I have come across so far...present this hard question to the committee and get clarification and improvements. Not threatening fire and brimstone by ignorant people.

The north major thing they produce is Agricultural produce, now FG said no VAT on Agricultural produce. This bill is still not clear to Northerners as simple as ABC
