You question should be, if the Van Allen Belt is 35,000 degrees, then how do ANY asteroids or asteroids of ANY kind, make it to earth at all? Seems the Van Allen Belt is not as hot as they claim. Anything entering a 35,000 degree oven would burst into explosive flames.
