@gregolsen88 @tomhouse @_CoachRAC @TeamMSTRD @tomhouse is your typical scam artist who’s only out to grift people of their hard-earned money. Stay FAR FAR away from him!!

@tomhouse @_CoachRAC @TeamMSTRD Simple way of doing this is to put your kids in more sports like flag football where they are throwing a “weighted” ball for 3 months while building crossover skills from another sport. My sons don’t touch a baseball for 6 months each year and come back stronger each time.

I am actually disgusted by this. I’ve had so many teachers that changed my life and put me in the right path, without them I don’t want to think about where I would be. These teachers are sharing how much money they have in their accounts on the par day. In a society where our teachers are guiding the minds of the future, the people who will be helping us when we are later in life. I don’t think they are appreciated enough nor is the compensation package up to par. It perplexes me how they they have to spend a crazy amount of money for their education, only to struggle to get by with a smile while still being generous enough to pay for the items our children need without being reimbursed for much of it. I think it’s time we create a change, I don’t think it’s fair we expect so much of them and they give so much to us only to relieve so little. I know people are going to argue with me and say well they chose to do it so if they aren’t happy with the pay, they can get another job. While that’s true, we would be in bad shape however if they ever chose to do that. Who would be teaching our kids and preparing them for the future. I think we focus too much on things that aren’t and shouldn’t be our priority while neglecting and overlooking a major issue right below our noses. Their jobs are important and our kids would fail without them so why are we treating them like they aren’t important? It’s because it’s easy for us to think of them as our babysitters for half the day. We treat them like Nannie’s who only watch our kids while we go to work and do things we enjoy. Maybe it’s time we revisit our roles in helping them achieve our goals.

Innocent kids are being fed lies in classrooms, lies about their bodies, their identity, and their families. Children as young as four are being told they can choose whether they’re a boy or a girl. That biology doesn’t matter. That parents are wrong, and feelings are truth. My own grandson came home confused, asking questions no seven-year-old should be thinking about. Why? Because his school told him gender is a feeling, not a fact. This isn’t education. It’s ideological indoctrination, smuggled into schools under “inclusion” programs and hidden from parents. Programs like Respectful Relationships or The Growing Up Program are being rolled out in schools right now, including religious and private schools. In many cases, parents aren’t informed, don’t give consent, and aren’t allowed to see the content. Let’s be honest: the goal is to separate children from their families, from biological truth, and from anything solid enough to push back. If they can confuse them young, they can control them for life. And where is the so-called opposition? The Liberals know it’s happening. They’ve seen the curriculum. They’ve seen the consequences. But they’re too weak, too captured, and too gutless to act. One Nation is the only party willing to stand up and say: enough. We’ve been raising the alarm for years, and we will not stop. Because you can’t fix this by hoping. You fix it by fighting. And One Nation is the only party fighting to protect your kids from this madness.

Max Levchin explains why B-players hire C-players The co-founder of PayPal and Affirm reflects on the famous Steve Jobs insight that A-players hire A-players, and B-players hire C-players: “It’s profoundly true. But there should be an asterisk explaining why this is true. And the reason for this is fear.” A-players love working with other A-players because they know it will make them better. They want other A-players who challenge them and will tell them when their work isn’t good. Most B-players are net positive too, but as Max argues, some are fearful and will say: “If I have too many B-players or A-players around, I will look terrible and it’ll be very obvious that I’m just not that good. So the way to fix this is for me to become a manager and hire a bunch of people who aren’t very good at all so that I’ll look like the tallest mushroom.” Max continues: “That is the real danger of B-players. Having people who are perfectly willing to do good work day-in and day-out is not the worst thing in the world. There’s plenty of things that A-players will turn their nose from because it’s just not that challenging. B-players are very good for that [type of work]. And a lot of B-players will over time grind their way to being A-players, so you’re investing in their future and they know it, and that’s also positive. But B-players who have fear of being found out are the ones you have to watch out for.” Source: Harry Stebbings 20VC Fund (Feb 2025)
