Are we living in two different economic timelines?

I live in Delaware which is sadly a blue state. Our gas is still about $3 a gallon and our eggs are $7 per dozen. So we aren’t seeing the reduction in costs like the red states. My theory is blue states don’t want trump to do well so they are keeping prices higher.

I had to go to Albuquerque last week for work. I stayed there from Sunday-Thursday . I went to the grocery store because I don’t like ordering food very often….. just because. At any rate. Groceries were 3 times higher there than in Texas where I live. When I got home I told my wife how much stuff costs there and we both said at the same time… the state government is doing that so people think it’s Trump doing it. For anyone who comes at me saying state government has nothing to do with grocery prices… ah. Yea they do. Research it.

Unfortunately I think many have been living on credit.

No one living in CA can relate to this. Everything seems to be going up here. Gas is back to $4.80 a gallon. It’s pretty crazy.

I am in Florida, and I am paying less for gas and groceries, I am like you very frugal and conscious on where I spend my money. Life is good!

We are definitely seeing prices come down here in Texas. I feel like a lot of businesses are not spending as much just out of fear of the mainstream media narrative. Ignore all of that and push forward! It's all just noise. Go create your own economy!!

Eggs are still expensive in CO, and Costco ran out before Easter in the springs, but it’s more the result of state egg policy. They banned cages.

I believe your theory about red and blue states has some merit. I’ve seen a lot of things come down from groceries to gas and utilities. I’m in Alabama. Blue states want their citizens to blame Trump so they are likely finding ways to keep costs up.

The blue states are wanting to tax its citizens like no other. Fighting Trump and his administration for everything. All the blue states are going bankrupt. Not a wealthy man or business. But I used to be booked up 2 months in advance by now. And it's been a steady 2 week advance now. Waiting patiently for what happens. I want to follow our US Constitution regarding currency. I want something of physical nature. Not digital that I can't honestly touch. I like the options. Ya'll stay safe and hopefully everyone is prepared.
