Does this guy not understand that the UK government represents each of the home nations, not just the express wishes of the Scottish government, and for that matter the issues at hand are often not the express wishes of the Scottish people.

@SkyNews The last thing that English people need or want is Direct Rule from Edinburgh, which would be the effect if this Bill is enacted. People in England got no say. Incidentally, the majority of Scots people oppose it.
