Little knowlege is dangerious,Never does Allah in Quran say that Muslims are guaranteed jannah,Believing in one Allah is the criteria means eligibility for Jannah, but then everyone will be judged by his/deeds and then judgement will be passsed.

As a muslim I should say he is only partly right . You should know that A person will not be sent only by saying the kalima but in believing on one supreme creator without partners in Creators lordship and worshipping the only true creator in the way defined.
