Who said they were in that Year of Return program for African Americans? Every nation has a path of citizenship. The question does need to be asked why these whites and Arabs are popping up asking for citizenship, though.

If a black person from a village in Ghana can travel to the US and any country in Europe live there for years and qualify for citizenship,why not a white man from any other place from America or Europe,blacks will cry injustice for being denied and have a problem when it’s vice versa.
