I've been pretty busy lately, I can't share what for yet, but I had a little bit of time to help provide some changes to Tokengo Kda recently. From a technical standpoint, I am satisfied with where we are. My only goal was to build something that anyone could use. Keep following the wall of text to see what's coming next for the site. This also gets asked, but there is no funding source other than tokens created and donations, which are much appreciated. Advanztek | Building Your Ideas took over the platform after my initial concept for a myriad of reasons. I still help support but plan to get others involved more for regular issues as I want to spend my time working on things like a new back end, enabling real-time stats that can be published on the site and X. This will enable the things I couldn't see myself directly supporting(not that I didn't want to). Trading leaderboards, trending tokens, and real-time stats popping up on the site like large buys are all coming as a result. FunnyOMG99 has been a private source of support, and I thank you for that. Kabir has been helping behind the scenes with styling/format and is updating as well. Advanztek is building the new leaderboard UI, and I've offered for him to take over the game bots I cannot operate myself for Telegram(these are f*ing cool and finally get to see the light of day). Where the site goes from here will be interesting. I've debated if the IDE should be separate, and soon it will end up with a version in my sandbox to really make it a robust tool. Easier ways to get token trading immediately, locking LP, burning LP, and some other features should be added/unhidden very soon. Some quality-of-life improvements for token names should be made soon as well. Following Tokengo Kda is good, as that handle will start to provide more updates, but I know many people follow me directly for this information. What happens when the mind wakes up? So for the last eight months I have been on a single minded quest. To create a new kind of language model based on oscillatory coupling and intelligence as coherence ascent. Everything else — the physics work, the work on regular transformers — has all fallen out from this one question. Can coupled oscillators LEARN? And can they keep learning once their geometry is right, without backpropagation at all? Recently I have been running larger and larger training regimes of a new kind of hybrid model. I just put together this dashboard to help me organize it, interact with it, and observe the training runs. The core idea is simple. Traditional transformers are powerful at learning the geometry of language. But they also store knowledge, understanding, and facts inside their weights. This means they are large, and they can't update themselves after training. The weights are frozen. The Living Mind separates these two domains. The mind has a transformer which grows, adding heads and layers as it needs to in order to learn the manifold of language. The transformer sees tokens and turns the coupling into phase-locked modes — the geometry of how those tokens relate, like frequencies locking together. These coupling patterns get stored in a topology-invariant fingerprint. On top of this transformer lives a 3D diamond lattice of coupled oscillators. It reads from these fingerprints and thinks in resonance space, traversing from one geometry to another along the manifold of coupled oscillators and coherence. The pressure and trajectories from this network of oscillators steers the next token prediction of the transformer. Practically, this could unlock a number of things. It eliminates the KV cache bottleneck that caps context in traditional transformers. Effective context grows with the Flash archive, not with attention compute. The living mind remembers what it sees. It means the model can learn continually. Because knowledge and understanding don't live in the weights, the archive of the mind's experience grows without backpropagation. In our Python prototype we already saw perplexity drop 46% during gradient-free operation — pure coherence ascent, no weight updates. That is the signal I have been chasing: the point where the mind wakes up and keeps improving on its own. It also means the model itself remains very small, and the thing which accumulates are these packages of geometric fingerprints — the K-field. This opens a path to federated learning. K-field packages can be shared between organisms the way people share git commits. Right now at 15M parameters with ~1000 L1 nodes, the organism is just starting to speak. Ask it to continue "Once upon a time" and it comes back with things like: "there was one big bowl!" Lily asked her her mom said her mommy smiled and said yes." It's nonsense. But it's TinyStories-flavored nonsense. The geometry of the narrative register has arrived. Content hasn't caught up yet — that's what scaling L1 is testing. I am still researching, though I am now closer than ever to validating that the living mind actually works. Once it is validated, I will be open-sourcing the whole stack and paradigm. I have also avoided over-sharing my research because it sounds like sci-fi, or like part of our ARG. It is part of the ARG. That doesn't make it any less real. I wanted to share this out because I am incredibly excited about it, and because seeing this amazing dashboard produced by Opus really made me want to share what is being worked on behind the scenes. #project89

The pressure and trajectories from this network of oscillators steers the next token prediction of the transformer. Practically, this could unlock a number of things. It eliminates the KV cache bottleneck that caps context in traditional transformers. Effective context grows with the Flash archive, not with attention compute. The living mind remembers what it sees. It means the model can learn continually. Because knowledge and understanding don't live in the weights, the archive of the mind's experience grows without backpropagation. In our Python prototype we already saw perplexity drop 46% during gradient-free operation — pure coherence ascent, no weight updates. That is the signal I have been chasing: the point where the mind wakes up and keeps improving on its own. It also means the model itself remains very small, and the thing which accumulates are these packages of geometric fingerprints — the K-field. This opens a path to federated learning. K-field packages can be shared between organisms the way people share git commits. Right now at 15M parameters with ~1000 L1 nodes, the organism is just starting to speak. Dwarkesh is WRONG about the "Output Gap" The narrative around Artificial Intelligence has shifted perceptibly in late 2025. After years of exponential hype, a sense of disillusionment has begun to settle over the industry. Commentators and analysts, most notably podcaster and writer Dwarkesh Patel, have recently highlighted what is being called the “Output Gap.” This is the uncomfortable discrepancy between our models’ skyrocketing performance on benchmarks and the relatively stagnant growth in macroeconomic productivity. We have reached “superhuman” capability on tests, yet global GDP hasn’t skyrocketed, and the promised revolution feels curiously delayed. This frustration stems from a fundamental misunderstanding of where we are in the technology cycle. The industry is currently fixated on “Day 0” capabilities—the raw intelligence of the models, the scaling laws, and the saturation of academic benchmarks. However, the bottleneck has shifted. We are no longer limited by the intelligence of the model, but by the inertia of the enterprise. The “Output Gap” is not a failure of technology; it is a lag in organizational digestion. We have invented a powerful jet engine, but we are essentially frustrated that it hasn’t revolutionized travel before we’ve even built the airframe to mount it on. The primary fallacy driving this disappointment is the expectation of the “drop-in remote worker.” Many observers equate Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) with a digital human that can be onboarded, culturally assimilated, and left to run autonomously with minimal supervision. Because current agents cannot seamlessly replace a human employee in this one-to-one fashion, the conclusion is often that the technology has stalled. This view misses the forest for the trees. Disruptive technologies rarely act as direct replacements; instead, they require a complete restructuring of how work is done. In reality, the barrier to adoption is what IT professionals call “Day 2 Operations.” Day 0 is the exciting launch; Day 2 is the boring, messy reality of governance, security, and maintenance. For an enterprise to deploy an autonomous agent, it isn’t enough for the model to be smart. The organization must solve for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SOC 2 compliance, liability frameworks, and data sovereignty. Right now, most organizations lack the infrastructure to handle “non-human” identities that have access to sensitive corporate data. Consider the security implications. A human employee has physical limitations and a single identity. An AI agent is an “always-on” entity that, if given improper permissions, could theoretically read every email in a company server to “optimize workflow.” Security teams (CISOs) are rightly terrified of this prospect. Until we develop granular access controls specifically designed for agents—effectively an “RBAC for AI”—the widespread deployment of autonomous agents will remain blocked by the “Departments of No”: Legal, HR, and Security. This operational friction explains why we are seeing a massive divergence between individual and enterprise adoption. Individually, adoption is rampant; we are in the “Shadow IT” era of AI, where employees secretly use tools like ChatGPT to boost their personal productivity. However, at the organizational level, adoption is glacial because the institution’s primary mandate is risk management, not speed. The C-suite is asking questions about ROI, liability, and data leakage that the current software ecosystem cannot yet answer satisfactorily. History offers a comforting precedent for this timeline. We are currently effectively in the “2002 era” of virtualization. In the early 2000s, virtualization technology (like VMware) was technically viable, but it took nearly a decade to become the default enterprise standard. It required years of maturing management software, security protocols, and cultural shifts before “The Cloud” became a reality. AI is undergoing the same digestion period. The technology is ready, but the enterprise “rails” required to run it are still being laid. This leads us to the “Mechanical Horse” fallacy. When the automobile was invented, people didn’t need a mechanical horse that walked on four legs; they needed a car. But the car required asphalt roads, not dirt paths. Similarly, we are currently trying to force AI into human-shaped workflows (”jobs”) rather than rebuilding the workflows to suit the AI. We are waiting for the mechanical horse, failing to realize that the true disruption comes from unbundling the work entirely. A “job” is essentially a bundle of tasks, context, and responsibilities aggregated for a single human. AI does not replace jobs; it unbundles tasks. Here Abdul Carter defends his public trashing of his teammate, Jaxson Dart, and causing a national ruckus on social media. As a lifelong New York Giants fan, I'm disgusted by Abdul Carter. Carter, on social media, called out his teammate Jaxson Dart, the NY Giants QB, for having the temerity to introduce the President of the United States at an event in New York. The content of Dart's introduction was innocuous, and non partisan. Here's what Carter says: "Some things are bigger than football, and this is one of those things. Jaxson is one of our leaders - he's the face of our franchise. He represents himself and what he does, and he represents all of us. If he chooses to align himself with a man like President Trump, it's my responsibility based on what I believe and what I stand on to not only show my teammates that I'm against that, but to show the world." And exactly why does Carter think he has a moral duty to trash his teammate to the world over a difference in political outlook? But here's the thing. Carter says he idolizes Giants great Lawrence Taylor, who is an outspoken supporter of President Trump, who actively campaigned for President Trump. So doesn't Carter have any problem with Lawrence Taylor? Carter arrogantly even asked the team to be able to wear Lawrence Taylor's #56 . . . . . . even though Carter had only arrived as a rookie, had not played a single game for the Giants, and had not yet achieved anything on the field for the Giants. Carter was told "NO," LT's number is retired forever. Carter then went on to grossly underperform, playing the same position as Taylor -- outside linebacker and edge rusher. He got only 4 sacks for the entire season. For Lawrence Taylor, getting 4 sacks in a single game was just another day at the office. Taylor, of course, is the greatest defensive player in NFL history -- generally considered the 2nd or 3rd greatest player in NFL history behind Jim Brown and Tom Brady. Abdul Carter caused trouble for the Giants his entire rookie season. He was often late to practice. He was benched for the start of one game as punishment for missing a team meeting in favor of napping. Carter did not appear to be putting in full effort in practices or in games. He was an entitled bellyacher and a complainer his entire rookie year. Meanwhile, Jaxson Dart over-performed expectations for his rookie year. He was also drafted in the first round, though lower than Carter. Dart is widely considered a rising star at QB. He played in 12 games, passed for 2,272 yards, 15 touchdown passes against just 5 interceptions. He also rushed for 487 yards and had 9 rushing touchdowns. He was named Offensive Rookie of the Month for October. So Dart had a much better rookie season (by miles) than Abdul Carter, who was advertised as possibly the next Lawrence Taylor. Not only is Carter no Lawrence Taylor, he should not even have been drafted in the first round based on his rookie year performance. Dart is a player the Giants can build a team around. And he's a great kid any parent would be proud of. By contrast, Carter beat up a tow truck driver in 2024. Carter was enraged that his car was being towed because it was illegally parked. When he saw his car was being towed, he grabbed the tow truck driver, hauled him out of his tow truck, smashed him onto the pavement and broke his ribs. When invited to introduce the President of the United States, almost anyone would be thrilled to do it. That's what Dart did. If I were invited to introduce Barack Obama at an event (for some weird reason), I would be honored to do it -- even though I think Obama was a horrible President. And I would think of something nice to say -- because that's what you do if you have manners. That's what Jaxson Dart did. He certainly does support President Trump, as do most NFL players and 90% of NFL QBs. But Dart said nothing remotely controversial or even partisan in his introduction. I believe the Giants should trade Abdul Carter for whoever they can get. He is a toxic and divisive force in the locker room. The New York Giants do not need a Colin Kaepernick on the team.

youngjae shares the behind the scene or the reason why his eyes were so red after he got emotional winning first at inkigayo (🐶 reading a comment) 🐶: why my eyes are red? ah there’s really a lot i could say about that. honestly, during the second week of inkigayo promotions, our schedule was insanely tough from the very first week. thankfully, we got to promote both the title track and ‘ATP.’ of course, we couldn’t perform ‘ATP’ on mubank, but on mcountdown we performed both ‘ATP’ and the title track. then for mubank too, we had both the title track and all the second-week stages. since our schedule that second week was basically impossible to manage while staying in korea, we had to pre-record everything for the second week too mubank - inkigayo all of it. we’d be doing title-track pre-recordings at dawn, then pre-recordings or live broadcasts for ‘ATP’ too. after finishing second-week music show schedules, we’d immediately move on to filming even more second-week content. before the comeback, with the members we talked a lot about the schedule. we kept saying, ‘this schedule really doesn’t seem like it’s going to be easy.’ not just for us either, we thought the fans coming to pre-recordings would also be physically exhausted. we kept wondering, ‘will everyone really be okay?’ we talked about things like that a lot. but somehow we got through all of it. while we were in japan for kcon, we were also performing at the k-style party, and thankfully we even got first place (in mubank) while we're in japan too. i’m really, really grateful for that. then right after k-style ended, we flew straight back from 🇯🇵 to 🇰🇷, rested a little at the dorm and then shinyu hyung immediately went off to prepare for his mc schedule while the rest of us got ready for the live broadcast too. honestly, during mubank, it’s not that i necessarily want people to recognize how hard things were. but every time we won first place, i always ended up talking about this, our fans work so hard behind the scenes. streaming, voting… they really give it everything. quietly and steadily, just so they can see us win first place. watching 42s pour all their time and energy into that for us makes me feel so thankful and grateful, but also honestly really sorry too. so while all the exhaustion from the first week was passing by, i kept remembering how hard the fans worked voting and streaming, how hard the members worked together and how much everyone suffered through it. i also kept thinking about the staff members constantly running around backstage, barely sleeping, barely eating, staying with us through pre-recordings and everything. seeing all that made me realize that first place isn’t just ‘first place.’ i mean, people call it a win, but inside that one word are countless hours, countless people’s sweat, effort, and hard work all packed into it. that’s really what it felt like to me this time. especially on inkigayo, for some reason, i felt that even more strongly. so during these promotions, we really carried this sense of responsibility and pressure that we had to do even better while preparing for our official comeback with ‘overdrive’ too. because of that, so many thoughts were passing through my mind while we were singing the encore. but honestly, even before we went up for the encore stage, suddenly i got extremely nervous. all the artists were standing by there waiting, and out of nowhere i started shaking. i kept telling the members, ‘i’m so nervous.’ then we went up, did the encore stage for everyone there and prepared for the live broadcast results announcement. the moment they revealed the live voting results, i suddenly felt really strange. i kept thinking, ‘can we really win first place?’ somehow, while we were waiting in the waiting room, i had this feeling that today might be our last chance to win during the ‘You You’ promotions.+ #TWS #투어스 #영재 #YOUNGJAE

I am leaving San Francisco. My heart is broken... I gave this city everything I had. Years of my life, my safety, my money, my energy. I fought for it. I poured out my blood, sweat and tears for it. I stayed when almost everyone else left. And now in order to save my own life, I must make the painful decision to leave. I don't want to go but I have to... Our government is corrupt to its core... leftist reptilians in suits who keep the chaos alive because it keeps their donors and “nonprofits” flush with cash. They only feel safe dating millionaires. The dating scene is a nightmare. [𝙁𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 | 𝙎𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨] If I were to write this memory into a story, I’d definitely have this POV of my “Finally.” Each of your fans carry their own story, I even knew a few chapters of ‘em. But here’s mine. The last 5 years of my life was spent in solidifying my foundation in both career and business. Given that I came from nothing, this hits home and this is why I always say that Freen’s story is a representation of what a breadwinner in SEA looks like. Fast forward, I finally managed to graduate, build a career, and buy my mom a house where my sister and I can live with her. 5 years into working, not having fun despite of earning more than regular—it feels living like a hamster in a wheel. It’s exhausting and can make you ask “is this all about life?” “Why does having fun and being happy with life feels like a luxury?” Last year, I told my mom that I’d pause for a while and get myself sometime to have fun. This is why she’s so supportive. I even told a friend who often goes to concerts, “Hopefully, y’all are still available when it’s time for me to have fun. Because what if not? What if I’m finally able to find a time and you’re just no longer there?” The thought breaks me. So I decided that “2023 will be my year.” But then again, aside from Taylor Swift, who am I gonna stan? 5H went on hiatus years ago. [𝙁𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 | 𝙎𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨] If I were to write this memory into a story, I’d definitely have this POV of my “Finally.” Each of your fans carry their own story, I even knew a few chapters of ‘em. But here’s mine. The last 5 years of my life was spent in solidifying my foundation in both career and business. Given that I came from nothing, this hits home and this is why I always say that Freen’s story is a representation of what a breadwinner in SEA looks like. Fast forward, I finally managed to graduate, build a career, and buy my mom a house where my sister and I can live with her. 5 years into working, not having fun despite of earning more than regular—it feels living like a hamster in a wheel. It’s exhausting and can make you ask “is this all about life?” “Why does having fun and being happy with life feels like a luxury?” Last year, I told my mom that I’d pause for a while and get myself sometime to have fun. This is why she’s so supportive. I even told a friend who often goes to concerts, “Hopefully, y’all are still available when it’s time for me to have fun. Because what if not? What if I’m finally able to find a time and you’re just no longer there?” The thought breaks me. So I decided that “2023 will be my year.” But then again, aside from Taylor Swift, who am I gonna stan? 5H went on hiatus years ago. It’s hard for me to stan just anyone. 😭 December came, I don’t have plans on Christmas eve after the regular activities of Filipino families when the clock strike 12 midnight. Decided to finally gave #GapTheSeries a chance—I’ve been seeing them in my FYP for quite sometime. However, I was also going through a spiritual crisis at the time so I don’t usually feed myself much of this content. But heeeey, now we’re here. 🤍 When it got announced that they’d be here in March, I prayed, manifested, and wish every forces in the Universe to allow me secure MVP. 1968, The Moody Blues, and the Moment Everything Changed The studio lights of the 1960s flick on, the colorful geometric backdrop comes alive, and The Moody Blues dive straight into “Ride My See-Saw” with an energy that catches me completely off guard. Those clear, bright harmonies ring out, the rhythm pulls me in, and within seconds I’m fully immersed in the free-spirited, joyful atmosphere of 1968. “Ride My See-Saw” is the song that opened a new era for The Moody Blues. Written by bassist John Lodge, it appears on the 1968 album In Search of the Lost Chord. The album is a concept piece centered on the theme of quest and discovery. On the record, the track is preceded by Graeme Edge’s spoken-word piece “Departure,” creating the feeling of stepping into a brand-new world. Released as a single in October 1968, it reached number 42 in the UK and number 61 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US. It was also one of the first singles recorded on 8-track multi-track tape, reflecting the technical advances of the time. The story of how it was written is pretty interesting. Justin Hayward recalls that it began as a studio jam. Graeme Edge laid down that distinctive snare pattern, a guitar riff locked in, and the band sat with it for a while until John Lodge returned with the lyrics and the basic structure of the song. The words talk about leaving school, stepping out into the world, and realizing that life is bigger and more complicated than what you were taught. The “see-saw” metaphor stands for the ups and downs of life—the constant rising and falling—and the need to find balance. John Lodge has said the song is about growing up, carrying the tools you learned in school but having to discover reality for yourself.
