Most of America most likely gets a W2. They have already taken our money all of 2024. What recourse do they have?

The IRS owes me well over $50k for my 2023 refund and haven’t paid me yet. I just had to pay them over a $100k for last year’s taxes. I could not deduct what they owe me for fear of them coming after me. The system is completely broken.

You’re not obligated to pay Federal Income Tax at all. You voluntarily do it. Stop doing so. Congress never Passed a Federal Income Tax Act. @LegalFockery can explain more accurately folks.

Not only is it against the Constitution to file income taxes, it is technically treason to do so when you are knowingly aiding & abetting the destruction of the country. It is your DUTY to defend it. Filing is literally illegal, prove me wrong. I'll wait.

Currently my taxes are under my own internal investigation. Once this investigation is complete, I may be able to comment further. This investigation is in accordance with regulations I have implemented to insure once the government receives any funds from me are used legally. It is my understanding that this investigation will take some time, but I am not going to force the investigation to proceed with haste because of some arbitrary April 15 deadline. I am concerned that the current investigation may lead to additional investigations, but until I investigate the original investigation I have no way of know if the secondary investigation will be complete any time soon!

I'm not filing a tax return ever. There is no Federal Income Tax Law so we all Volunteer to pay them when hired at an employer. Stop doing so Legally
