Absolute facts. Sometimes I have to drop the weight a bit on set three just to get above 5 reps on the last one.

I find that some exercises drop off a lot more than other exercises. For example on lateral raises I can maintain roughly rhe same number of reps, like 12 11 10. But on weighted crunches it drops off fast. 12 7 5.
