@speed_works_ So you are looking for delayed knee extension. That's the cue. The hips will be moving forward through space, taking the leg with it. If the knee doesn't extend prematurely, and the heel doesn't drop (taking the knee with it), you get a naturally occurring hip extension.

Thanks for the comment. Well not sure if delayed is the language. Perhaps the full knee extension is delayed in its completion? Yet the r knee is extending through out , just not in isolation, leaving the hip behind. Key thing is co contraction . Co flexion and co extension. Combined hip and knee extension.
