He has lost not only his dogs, but also his cats and his bus. Dan Bujor, 68, who shared his bus with four cats, two dogs, and two doves, was behind the wheel of a friend’s car with his two dogs leashed to the trunk when he was confronted by a group of angry animal lovers. Bujor said he borrowed his friend’s car to buy gas to keep his bus warm, but he did not want the dogs to make a mess inside the vehicle. The two dogs, Lutzy, a 4-year-old German Shepherd, and Mo, a 6-year-old pit bull mix, were taken to the E. 92nd St. ASPCA Animal Hospital and Adoption Center following his arrest. In addition, three of Bujor’s cats, Pio, Utzu, and Paris, went missing when his bus was towed. This is heartbreaking. 🚨BREAKING: Man who lived in a school bus and was arrested after driving through Queens with two dogs leashed to a car is now facing animal cruelty charges and driving without a license. He has lost not only his dogs, but also his cats and his bus. Dan Bujor, 68, who shared his bus with four cats, two dogs, and two doves, was behind the wheel of a friend’s car with his two dogs leashed to the trunk when he was confronted by a group of angry animal lovers. Bujor said he borrowed his friend’s car to buy gas to keep his bus warm, but he did not want the dogs to make a mess inside the vehicle. The two dogs, Lutzy, a 4-year-old German Shepherd, and Mo, a 6-year-old pit bull mix, were taken to the E. 92nd St. ASPCA Animal Hospital and Adoption Center following his arrest. In addition, three of Bujor’s cats, Pio, Utzu, and Paris, went missing when his bus was towed. This is heartbreaking. The dogs suffered, and now the three cats may be forced to fend for themselves in the middle of winter in NYC. Hopefully, kind people in Queens find them. How could authorities tow his bus and leave animals at risk? This feels unbelievably cruel. If you're a bus driver, or passenger in Wolverhampton, don't get a job or use National Express NX West Midlands, as they fail to protect both. A pack of youths attack a driver, giving him a beating. Another driver intervenes to protect him. The driver was given a final warning by the company. My sources say they wanted to sack him. Only protests from colleagues & threatening to go on strike, stopped it. Another driver on Boxing Day was smashed in the face getting the bus when in uniform. National Express refused to pay him as it was before his shift.
