Arizona State OL & TE Counter Drill

Great drill. I just add the Center blocking back in the Shade, 2i,2 or 3 tech. If it’s a wide 3 then they make a call and the center pulls. I make them all Block Back, Trap Pull and Skip Pull. Three reps then rotate. It helps create position versatility.
