Arm Day Recap This clip is post-workout posing — no lower body work here. The focus for this session was upper body structure, arm density, and stage presentation. When I’m posing after arms, I’m practicing upper frame conditioning while keeping the legs relaxed to preserve structure for stage balance....

Below are the specific benefits you can expect from this routine: 💪 Benefits of No-Break Training Circuit 🏋️‍♂️ 1. Muscle Endurance & Hypertrophy (Pump Effect) •This routine includes high reps, time-under-tension, and progressive muscle overload across arms, shoulders, and core. •Constant curling and pressing keeps muscles engorged with blood (the pump)—stimulating sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. •Your biceps, triceps, and shoulders are especially targeted for endurance and growth. 🔥 2. Cardiovascular & Metabolic Conditioning •With zero rest, your heart rate stays elevated, turning what is traditionally strength work into cardiometabolic training. •This taxes your aerobic and anaerobic systems, building conditioning along with strength. 🧠 3. Mental Fortitude & Focus •You’re doing high volume with minimal rest, requiring concentration, pain tolerance, and mental drive. •Exercises like "hold curls" and burnout sets force you to push through muscular fatigue, enhancing grit. 🧬 4. Hormonal & Caloric Response •This type of high-volume, continuous circuit can elevate growth hormone and testosterone levels transiently. •It also leads to increased calorie burn and a strong EPOC (afterburn) effect. ⚖️ 5. Time Efficiency & Density •You’re packing a high amount of volume into a condensed time, hitting multiple muscle groups with compound and isolation exercises. •This saves time while delivering a full hypertrophy + cardio stimulus. 📈 6. Joint Stability & Core Engagement •Rotational moves like twists plus shoulder/arm holds challenge your stabilizer muscles. •Core is hit repeatedly through twists and dynamic upper-body movement, especially while holding weights. 📍Targeted Muscle Groups •Biceps: Repeated curls, hammer curls, hold curls (lots of volume and variation). •Triceps: Pulldowns, skull crushers. •Deltoids: Lateral raises, front raises, shoulder press variants. •Core/Obliques: High reps of twisting movements. •Back: Dumbbell rows (although less volume here). •Grip/Forearms: From prolonged holding of weights under fatigue. HIIT Conditioning Routine Full-body conditioning circuit combining strength, coordination, and core stability. Every movement targets multiple muscle groups while keeping the heart rate elevated. 1. Lunge + Oblique Twist Step forward into a controlled lunge while holding a medicine ball. Rotate your torso toward the lead leg to activate the obliques and core. Return to center and alternate legs. 2. Goblet Squat + Bicep Curl to Alternating Overhead Press Hold a dumbbell at chest level and drop into a squat. As you stand, perform a curl and transition into alternating overhead presses. This sequence activates quads, glutes, biceps, shoulders, and core. 3. Waiter Curls + Frontal Press Hold the dumbbell vertically with both palms supporting the weight. Curl upward toward the chest, then press forward to engage the anterior deltoids and chest while stabilizing through the core. 4. Alternating Lunge + Iso Overhead Press Press one dumbbell overhead and hold it there while performing alternating lunges. This forces the shoulders and core to stabilize while the legs do the work. 5. Lateral Lunge Step wide to the side, sit into the hip, and keep the opposite leg extended. Push back to center. This movement develops glutes, inner thighs, and hip mobility. Protocol 3–4 Rounds 30–45 seconds per movement Minimal rest between exercises Designed to improve conditioning, muscular endurance, and full-body coordination. Train with intention. #HIIT #BodybuildingConditioning #YGFit #Fitness

You can use white rice or sweet potato’s as your carbs Use this meal plan as a foundation, not a limitation. Per Meal: - 200g 97/3 Ground Turkey (raw) - 100g Cooked White Rice - 90g Mixed Vegetables Macros per meal: Protein: 44g Carbs: 28g Fat: 6-8g Calories: ~400 kcal Daily Target: Protein: 190g Carbs: 140g Fat: Less than 50g This is a clean, simple structure built around high protein, controlled carbs, lower fats, and foods that are easy to prep consistently. That alone can change a lot for people. The real key is adjusting it to your bodyweight, goals, activity level, and timeline. Fat loss, muscle gain, maintenance… all require different numbers. Use ChatGPT and ask something like dis: “I weigh ___ lbs, I’m ___ height, I train ___ days a week, and my goal is to lose fat / gain muscle / maintain. Use this meal plan as a base and adjust my calories, protein, carbs, fats, and portion sizes.” That prompt alone can save you months of guessing, use my workout plan + meal plan for 5-6 months. I promise you, you will drop weight and chisel up Start with structure. Adjust with data. Stay consistent. My peptide stack: Retatrutide Appetite down. Fat loss up. Blood sugar support. This one helps people move different when discipline meets science. Tesamorelin Targets stubborn visceral fat and can help tighten the midsection. Recovery + body composition play. MOTS-c Mitochondria support. Better energy production, endurance, and metabolic efficiency. Feel like your engine got tuned up. BPC-157 Recovery weapon. People use it for joints, tendons, gut health, and healing nagging injuries that slow progress. GHK-cu Skin, hair, healing. Known for regeneration support and helping you look healthier while recovering better. AHK-cu Mostly talked about for hair support. Used for scalp health, follicles, and helping promote thicker growth over time. It isn’t rocket science, it’s just consistency. I’m no where near where I want to be. Still need maybe 7-8 months of dieting to get down to 10-12% body fat and than I’ll maintain from there.

You can trick your body to lift more than you normally can Because of this, I do it every session on my personal training, which I’ve shared through my Super Set program. It’s called Post Action Potentiation (PAP) and it’s a temporary state where your muscles and nervous system are activated and operated in a heightened state It’s all about ramping up to reach this state and I use 3 steps to get there. Stage 1: bodybuilding exercises, low effort and longer durations. Think bicep curls, reverse flys sets of 12-20. Perfect for the first exercise/set scheme of the day. But it’s not enough to get to that true state of potentiation. We need more. Stage 2: You’ve got some blood flowing, you’re warm up and starting your primary exercise of the day like bench press. Your warm up sets are ramping up with low to moderate weight paired with high effort. This starts really recruiting those bigger stronger type II motor units. Remember you don’t need the reps near failure to recruit type II motor units, you just need effort. Stage 2 is great but we can go even deeper Stage 3: These are the working sets. You are pairing heavier weight with high effort. The magic is doing it without taking on fatigue. My programming and coaching notes guide you. Each set sets you up for the next, allowing you to end on a max set of some kind. Then every exercise and set after that you’re able to lift more than normal. You’ve reached this state of potentiation and you ride the wave down Super Sets uses 2 more secondary strength exercises followed by single joint bodybuilding exercises. We squeeze the juice completely The training split for Super Sets is one muscle group per day, you can run it 4-7 times per week.

You become injured. ⠀ ⠀ You’re placed in a cast, or sling. ⠀ ⠀ You are told to not train upper body, and just build the lower half, or vice versa. ⠀ ⠀ You don’t even bother training your non-injured, non-dominant (in most baseball, upper extremity related cases) side, because why would you need to? ⠀ ⠀ Here’s why you should absolutely train your non-injured side, even if your injured side is immobilized. ⠀ ⠀ Cross education (CE) occurs after unilateral training where performance of the untrained, contralateral (in this case injured) limb is enhanced.⠀ ⠀ Increased neural drive originating from the “untrained” motor cortex contributes to the cross education effect.⠀ ⠀ A few studies have shown that CE can preserve or spare strength and decrease atrophy on the untrained, injured limb. ⠀ ⠀ In most baseball related cases, injuries of the upper extremity most often tend to be on the dominant side. Chances are there is already some sort of imbalance in strength and or hypertrophy between sides. It is also likely that when rehabbing from that injury, we tend to attend less and be less detailed with the non-injured, non-dominant side. So the chances of there being an imbalance post-injury are likely. It’s the reason why players get hurt, rehab, come back, and in some cases end up injuring the contralateral side shortly thereafter. (Of course we see that more with lower extremity injuries.) ⠀ ⠀ In a study conducted by Justin W. Andrushko and co. They took 16 participants who were immobilized with a cast, and assigned them to a 4-week resistance training forearm program on the non-injured limb. Here’s what they found ⬇️ “The nondominant forearm of 16 participants was immobilized with a cast, and participants were randomly assigned to a resistance training (eccentric wrist flexion, 3 times/week) or control group for 4 weeks. Pre- and post testing involved wrist flexors and extensors eccentric, concentric and isometric maximal voluntary contractions (via dynamometer), muscle thickness (via ultrasound), and forearm muscle cross-sectional area (MCSA; via peripheral quantitative computed tomography). Only the training group showed strength preservation across all contractions in the wrist flexors of the immobilized limb (training: −2.4% vs. control: −21.6%; P = 0.04), and increased wrist flexors strength of the nonimmobilized limb (training: 30.8% vs. control: −7.4%; P = 0.04). Immobilized arm MCSA was preserved for the training group only (training: 1.3% vs. control: −2.3%; P = 0.01). Muscle thickness differed between groups for the immobilized (training: 2.8% vs. control: −3.2%; P = 0.01) and nonimmobilized wrist flexors (training: 7.1% vs. control: −3.7%; P = 0.02). Strength preservation was nonspecific to contraction type (P = 0.69, η2p = 0.03) yet specific to the trained flexors muscle. These findings suggest that eccentric training of the nonimmobilized limb can preserve size of the immobilized contralateral homologous muscle and strength across multiple contraction types.”

The most underrated exercise on the planet is the Bar Hang. But 99% of people don't even do them. Here are 4 powerful reasons to do bar hangs every day: 1. They improve your posture Don't want to look like a croissant? Bar hangs help strengthen & mobilize your upper body. They also provide a constant stretch on the shoulders, back arms & lats. This helps reverse upper body posture defects that come from sitting for too long. 2. They improve your strength Your weight is supported first by the grip of your hand. A good grip improves your performance across all exercises like the pull-up, rows, deadlifts...pretty much any activity requiring a grip. 3. They build stronger shoulders Bar hangs can improve mobility, and strengthen the shoulders & lats while reducing shoulder pain. They stretch the brachial muscles while strengthening the supraspinatus tendon, which is responsible for shoulder strength & endurance. 4. They may help you live longer Grip strength can be a biomarker for your inner age & determines your mobility & strength as you get older. In some studies, decreased grip strength is associated with accelerated biological age. There are 2 ways to do bar hangs: The first is a passive hang (video) Take an overhand grip. Let shoulders & lats relax. Your body should sink with your shoulders touching your ears. Hang there with feet slightly forward, core braced & let your weight passively stretch your shoulders, lats, & back. The second is an active hang. Start in a passive hang. Retract your shoulder blades down and away from your ears. Stop retracting when your ears reach your elbows. Hold for as long as you can. This puts more emphasis on the muscles in your shoulders and back. If you're a beginner aim for 10 seconds to start. Work your way up to one minute and eventually 2 minutes at a time. As long as you're not sore you can do these daily. If you can't hang from a bar you can step on a box at first to help support your weight. Another way is to attach a resistance band to the bar putting while putting your feet on it. Bar hangs are one of the most underrated exercises on the planet especially if you work at a desk. Add these to your daily workouts and experience the benefits.

Crazy comparison here. This is what a pinched nerve at C7 looks like. 6 weeks ago I did 43 push-ups, today I failed on rep 9. In the 2nd video, I fail rep 2 on the left and then very easily do 20 on the right. The weirdest part is that the push-ups don't really feel hard, like in the muscular fatigue sense when you get near failure, I just physically can't do very many. Same with the skull crusher. Like that one rep didn't feel hard, like a normal max effort lift would. It just felt like my arm just wasn't working, sort of like I couldn't really control it. It's a really, really weird feeling. And I only have this weakness issue with things involving my left tricep. Any other exercise on my left arm, like a curl or dumbbell lateral raise, the strength is equal to the right. This is my first time ever having a true nerve injury, and it is not fun. Not sure what caused it. There is no one incident or anything recently. I've had neck issues on and off for the past 15 years, but nothing like this. In January I started getting kind of a deep ache in my upper back anytime I did things involving my upper back, like rowing, skier, burpees, wall balls, et cetera. In March, after a zone 2-type workout (literally the day after I posted the 43 pushups video) where I was alternating between burpees, rowing, skier sled push, and wall balls, I felt my back start to tighten up. Pain got worse over the next few hours and then I literally couldn't sleep for two days. Worst pain I’ve ever felt. I saw a doctor, got an MRI, tried prednisone, which helped, but once the 10-day course ended and it wore off, the weakness came back. Good news is the pain is much less now, it's just the weakness. And I can run and bike mostly pain free. Really hope the cervical epidural works tomorrow otherwise surgery is the only option.

Chest Workout Routine To build a great chest, you need the right workout routine. This routine will help you effectively target your chest muscles and build strength and size. Warm-up (5-10 minutes) It is important to warm up before starting any workout. This prevents injury and prepares the muscles for the workout. * Light cardio (such as jumping jacks or skipping) * Dynamic stretching (such as arm circles, torso twists) Main Workout Perform the following exercises in 3-4 sets, with 8-12 repetitions in each set. Rest 60-90 seconds between each set. * Barbell Bench Press * This is one of the most effective exercises for the chest. It targets the upper, middle and lower chest muscles. * How to do: Lie on your back on a bench, feet firmly planted on the floor. Hold the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Bring the barbell down to your chest and then push it up. * Incline Dumbbell Press * This exercise especially helps develop the upper chest muscles. * How to do: Sit on an inclined bench (about 30-45 degrees). Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Push the dumbbells up above your chest, then slowly bring them down. * Dumbbell Fly * This exercise helps stretch the chest muscles and give a deep cut. * How to do: Lie on the bench on your back, holding a dumbbell in each hand. With your arms slightly bent, stretch the dumbbells above your chest as if you were hugging someone. Slowly bring them back to the starting position. * Cable Crossover * This exercise focuses on the inner chest muscles and provides a better definition. * How to do: Stand in the middle of the cable machine. Hold a handle with each hand. Bring your arms to the front, as if you are bringing your hands together. * Push-ups * Push-ups are a great bodyweight exercise that strengthens the chest, shoulders and triceps. * How to do: Come down on your palms and toes, keeping the body straight. Lower your chest close to the ground and then push up. If normal push-ups are difficult, you can do them on your knees. Cool-down (5-10 minutes) Cooling down and stretching after a workout is important for muscle recovery. * Do static stretches of the chest, shoulders and triceps. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds. Important tips * Progressive overload: Slowly increase the weight or increase the number of repetitions over time so that your muscles are constantly challenged. * Correct Form: Always focus on maintaining correct form. Incorrect form can lead to injuries and muscles not being targeted properly. * Nutrition: Adequate protein and a balanced diet are important for muscle growth. * Rest: Getting enough sleep and giving your chest a rest before the next workout is essential for muscle recovery and growth. This routine can help you build a strong and well-developed chest. Remember, consistency is key to seeing results!
