The ministry of public safety and security is no longer functional, the governor has refused to appoint a commissioner for the ministry, this is the ministry that controls the command and control center and our emergency call numbers, that ministry is very important so the governor should please pay attention to that ministry. In the absence of the commissioner the permanent secretary of that ministry needs to be active, it’s getting out of hand.
