Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly earned about $15 million for Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991). With only around 700 words of dialogue in the film, that works out to a tongue-in-cheek estimate of more than $20,000 per word.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) is peak Arnold Schwarzenegger. It takes the brutality of the first film, expands the scale, and anchors the spectacle in a clear emotional arc. Every action beat serves the story. A rare blockbuster that never loses focus.

'The Terminator' is the only character to be listed in the American Film Institute's 100 Heroes and Villains as both a villain [for 'The Terminator' (1984)] and a hero [for "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" (1991)]. Al Pacino and Arnold Schwarzenegger are the only two actors to be on the list as playing a villain and a hero, but Pacino played two different characters. Thirteen other actors and actresses appear twice or more, but either all as heroes, or all as villains. P.S: On this day, 35 years ago, James Cameron's "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" (1991) premiered in Century City, California, USA.

That “mirror” shot in Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) isn’t a mirror at all. It’s a window into a duplicate set where Arnold Schwarzenegger sits with Linda Hamilton’s real-life twin, Leslie Hamilton. Old-school movie magic at its finest.

The future war opening in Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) is crafted with insane detail. The nightmarish battlefield, endoskeletons marching through skulls, and the scale of it all. More care in those minutes than entire action films.

Terminator 2: Judgment Facts -Director James Cameron asked Stan Winston to direct a teaser trailer. Cameron did not want the trailer to just be early footage, and so with a budget of $150,000, Winston created a trailer that showed a futuristic assembly line churning out copies of Terminators, all of which looked like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Cameron was pleased with this trailer, as he had fears about audience reactions to trailers showing Schwarzenegger returning as a Terminator (after the Terminator in the first film was clearly destroyed). The teaser ran over a year in advance of T2's release and was shown before another Schwarzenegger hit film, Total Recall (1990). -This is the only "Terminator" film to win or be nominated for an Oscar. It won four out of the six it was nominated for. -There was concern as to how realistic CGI would look when it came to the helicopter going under the bridge, so the pilot did it for real. -According to director James Cameron, Linda Hamilton suffered permanent hearing damage in one ear during the elevator shootout because she did not insert her earplugs after removing them between takes. -Lots of Edward Furlong's voice had to be re-dubbed by Furlong again in post-production, because it changed during shooting. -Industrial Light & Magic's computer graphics department had to grow from six artists to almost thirty-six to accommodate all the work required to bring the T-1000 to life, costing US $5.5 million, and taking eight months to produce, which ultimately amounted to 3.5 minutes of screen time. -Michael Biehn was first considered for the role of the T-1000, in a complete reversal of roles with Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was now a hero. -Linda Hamilton's then twenty-month-old son, Dalton, played an infant John Connor in a playground dream sequence. -The sound used for Arnold Schwarzenegger's shotgun was actually two cannons. -Over one million feet of film was shot and printed. -Over one million feet of film was shot and printed. -Denzel Washington turned down the role of Miles Bennett Dyson

In 1988, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger received an offer to star in the action film Red Heat. In this film, the "Terminator" star landed one of the most memorable roles of his career: a Soviet police officer named Ivan Danko. He was one of the rare Russian characters established as a protagonist in American films of that era. The film impresses with its intriguing combination of Arnold Schwarzenegger's serious, cool demeanor and Jim Belushi's natural humor, creating a pair of police officers who are both contrasting and captivating on screen.

There are currently only about 4000 tigers in India, which I think is very sad. Canada is investing $100 billion in India. The cost to raise one tiger to adulthood is about $100,000. $100B = 1 million tigers. One tiger can consume about 3000 kg of meat per year, which works out to around 80 people. Tigers live 10-15 years, so each tiger can account for around 800 people, or 800 million for a million tigers.

WOW 🚨 Not Only Will Illegal Immigrants Get More Money For Food Stamps Than Struggling American Citizens But They’re About To Be Paid More Than Our VETERANS The Budget For Illegals Is More Than DOUBLE Than What’s Allocated For New York’s Department Of Veteran Services!!! The people who went to war, bled and died for this country!! 🤯 “Is that each migrant will get approximately $12.52 per day to purchase food and baby supplies. That's about 40% more than what the average low income American Wow. Gets in this country on government food stamps or stamps that came in 2022 which was about $7.59 is per person per day. To put in other words, that $53 million that's being used for this prepaid debit program is double what the New York state is budgeting in 2025 for its Department of Veterans Services, its Office of National and Community Service, is division of human rights, and it's more than double”

The storm drain chase in Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) was the scene that made the T-1000 feel genuinely unstoppable as a kid. That image of the truck smashing through the wall & dropping into the canal behind John Connor is still burned into the brain.

Robert Patrick as the T-1000 in Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) was terrifying in his precision. He trained with a sprint coach to run full speed without heavy breathing & kept his eyes unblinking in every chase — making the machine feel chillingly real.
