If that were some obese, black woman, they would’ve stood there for a half an hour trying to explain the meaning of the words they were using. They only pulled her out out of there that fast because she was a white woman.

If she was black they would've asked for another 10 minutes with a tone as if they were talking to a retard.

I'm sure the store employees asked her to leave, told her they were calling the cops, so by the time they showed up there's zero reason to believe she's just gonna get up and walk out willingly.

The fact that the employees had to call police says everything… she’d been there for awhile. Maybe if more cops start responding this way, people will stop resisting and arguing with them. Might even learn to leave before the cops show up.

Completely justified and legal. The business has a right to ask you to leave. She refused. Then the police asked her to leave. She refused. Next move: Arrested.

After watching hundreds of bodycam videos... ...this is MUCH BETTER than the usual interminable conversations with 17 "last chance"s.

I didn’t see any film of her being rude , could she have been ? Absolutely, but show it.

They only have to give a lawful order ONE time… then it’s on whatever way the officer wants to take it. Some are patient some are not. Ya get what ya get.

Was the lady wrong? Yes Should she have left when the staff asked her to? Yes Did the cop have the right to forcibly remove her? Yes Did he need to arrest her? No A simple “you have been trespassed from this establishment… if you go back in, you will be arrested”, would have sufficed.

That’s exactly the way every Officer should do it. She was told multiple times to leave by the Store owner and Police, she refused and wanted to argue about it. Get her out and arrest her for trespassing, Boom!!!

As long as they do the same to every race then fine, but if the person was black I can guarantee you they would not have arrested them that fast, I don't think I've ever seen anyone get arrested that fast, all she did was ask a question or did I miss something?

Not at all. She refused to leave. The staff and manager asked her to leave and she refused. The officer asked her to leave and she started the one hundred questions BS. FAFO.

Just a ballpark guess but had this been, say a ghetto Wanna-Be, this video would have been 10 minutes long with drama; just saying.
