Manchester United creating a positive atmosphere and bringing the energy before their session with this classic. Using feet only, the first team to have every member successfully complete a go wins. Simple, competitive and a great way to get the group smiling and switched on. Access more via our website

Tottenham high intensity combination setup in training this week. ⚡ Watch the quality and intensity of the actions, but look beyond that. Notice how Roberto De Zerbi uses coaches as shadow pressure, forcing players to make decisions while challenging their body orientation, passing angles and angles of support. A simple detail that adds real game realism to the sequence. Access more training sessions via our website.
