We need to improve our loan pathways fast, players like Ibrahim and Jullienne should b getting consistent game time in senior football by now, even if it's in league one, or outside the top 7 European leagues. The new academy head has his work cut out for him.

Results at youth level have very little impact on a player’s pathway. They’re virtually meaningless. If you’re good enough, you will get promoted regardless of U21/U18 results. It’s just very hard to break into this team given the quality of depth at Arsenal right now

Excellent video, ultimately if the club wants to make money, they have to put their youth in positions to succeed and promote themselves. Loans are by far the best way to do so.

Transfer market currently is being blown out of proportion. I know the club is on the right part by signing up the biggest prospect they can find. Let there be deals with Dortmund, Marseille and Real Sociedad in talents development for the youth players above 18.
