Give away their equipment to Ukraine. Plant highly flammable eucalyptus. Have no water while being 29 feet from the fucking Pacific Ocean! Shouldn't California be most prepared for a climate change induced emergency? I mean, out of all other states in America, California would definitely be the one pushing ending climate change. Maybe, just maybe, they're all full of it and just want control.
