I had sleep apnea and they denied me a sleep study several times as I didn’t have the morbidities. I did have sleep apnea and fell asleep at my desk every 5 mins. I lost my job. They finally let me have it and actually ended up needing a bi pap machine. I could have kept my job and not had such a hard time. I fell asleep at the wheel. It was such a mess. So I feel her pain as far worse situation. Ai is not human and should not be used for this. They should not have murdered the ceo of UHC but this has to stop. This is not a free health insurance I pay for it and my employer pays for it.
