The deaths of seven patients, including three children, at Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital are being investigated after the NHS admitted that contaminated water caused serious infections in patients being treated for cancer. Susanna Reid and Ed Balls talk to Maureen Dynes, whose husband Tony was treated at the hospital for lymphoma but suffered multiple infections before he died in 2021, and Charmaine, who's daughter developed a water-borne infection whilst she was being treated for leukaemia.
