Keir Starmer’s speech today as usual seems to be all about him … family members who worked for the NHS … when he was chief of prosecution services … every time he just talks about working people,it seems like he is ignoring pensioners, many like me who have worked a lifetime.

I could cut waste in the NHS easily. Sack most of the bullshit management. Tameside NHS director made up a £120k position put out an advertisement for the position which no one knew what the job was for and her brother just managed to bag the job. 🤔🤔🤔
