Ask Chatgpt what actually makes most sense to use as money though, and it won't tell you BTC or LN. It'll tell you to go for Nano (without prompting it to do so).

This is pretty awesome… but I don’t think there’s any “AI sending money” going on. It’s coding a proxy to paywall each API request, which the user clicks Yes to. Though could be automated with an AI agent, yes. Just not what the video shows.

The btc protocol is how we can physically constrain any potentially hostile escaped AI from running rampant across cyberspace.
