We have video + testimony of a Minab resident that proves Minab school was used as a human shield by the IRGC. The testimony: "I just got connected to the internet after 46 days. God, does this look like a school or a military base? What the hell is an IRGC Navy watchtower doing inside the school courtyard? Why should they build a school inside a military base and use innocent girls as human shields?" This is the true face of the Islamic Republic and its terrorist guards. We still don’t even know whose missile actually hit it, but we now know for sure it was deliberately turned into a shield. This is their standard tactic — the same regime that recruits and sends child soldiers to die. Pure evil. The death of these school children is not really different that January massacre, the party responsible is still the Islamic Regime. #IranMassacre‌ #minab

Today, we are announcing our collaboration with NEAR Intents, the intent-based execution layer connecting assets and participants across 34 blockchain networks, which has processed more than $25 billion in all-time volume. Shield Swap is working with NEAR Intents to make it easier for market participants to move assets across blockchain networks and trade without exposing their activity inside the venue to the public market. NEAR Intents is a multichain transaction protocol that allows users to specify the outcome they want, and competing solvers quote the execution. That removes much of the work normally involved in moving assets across chains. Participants do not need to choose a bridge, build a route, or manage gas tokens across several networks. They choose the asset they want to move and the result they want to receive. Solvers handle the route and compete on price. Shield Swap takes a similar approach to confidential trading. Participants are able to execute a trade without publishing their identity, holdings, and strategy to the market. This is difficult to achieve on a transparent blockchain. Wallet addresses are persistent identifiers, and positions can be reconstructed from transaction history. Over time, trades reveal patterns that other market participants can use against the trader. Inside Shield Swap, participant identities stay off the public ledger, portfolio balances remain encrypted to the participant's keys, and trades do not expose the participant's full activity to public observers. Each transaction also creates a compliance record that can be disclosed to authorized parties when required. Working with NEAR Intents connects these two parts of the trading process. A participant can state the outcome they want and source assets from supported EVM and non-EVM networks. Solvers compete to deliver the best available route. Once those assets enter Shield Swap and are shielded, subsequent holdings and trades remain confidential inside the venue. Transactions on origin networks remain visible. Confidentiality begins when assets are shielded within Shield Swap. This gives participants access to liquidity across networks without carrying public transaction history into every trade they make afterward. Early access is open to organizations and individual market participants at

#Ukraine/#Russia 🇺🇦🇷🇺: I noticed a new version of the 🇺🇦#Ukrainian MT-LBu redesigned for APC. The vehicles have undergone a complete overhaul, getting additional armour on the sides and rear of the vehicle, new rubber mudguards, baskets for crew stuff, Tucha smoke-grenade launchers and an interesting new turret. This is a 14.5x114mm KPVT machine gun remotely controlled from inside the vehicle, fitted with a protective shield and electro-optics. Six of these vehicles can be seen in the video. I managed to contact the author of the video, but I did not get a reply, so we do not know what this new modification is named or what it is called. If you have more information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Original video posted by TikTok user ‘_evro_27’

It's not an accident that Jhoan Duran and Mason Miller are at the top of baseball's velocity charts. When you break down their mechanics, one number jumps out: they both get into footstrike in 1.05 seconds or less. ⚡️ Why does that matter? Timing into footstrike is one of the simplest, most powerful tells in a delivery. The faster you get your front foot down, the less time your body has to add unnecessary movement. Slow deliveries leave room for energy leaks. Every extra beat is another chance for your mechanics to fall out of sync. This is especially true for younger pitchers who are less coordinated and newer to throwing. When you move fast and with intent, you cut out wasted motion and let athleticism take over. This is why "move fast" is the simplest cue you can give a pitcher at every level. Simplify the movement, stay on time and let the velocity show up on its own. Duran and Miller are proof that elite velo starts with elite tempo. ⚾🔥

Hood tips: Use moon knight team up 99% of the time unless you have good awareness and can be aggressive without overextending. With mk team up: start fights with the shield in front to boost demonic energy. Use it to block off heals to tanks pushing up and MELT them. Swing angles on tanks that are slow if you see the backline playing too close. If the dps aren’t right there to immediately punish, you can usually roast both healers or the very least 1 and force the 2nd to scatter and waste resources while their frontline panics. Limit testing helps you determine how much you can get away with. (Video example of swinging past a slower dps or tank when the healers are close.) Mk shield can be thrown mid fight in support ults to give your team the advantage. Same with teams backing up if they’re grouped. Pay attention to off angle dps and don’t let them go unchallenged. You can burst longer range enemies in half demon form if you alternate fire to control the bloom. He excels close to mid range and you want to maximize your uptime. Utilize the block to get max value by being aggressive and choosing when YOU want to use it. IMO his ult is best used with your team so position near them. He’s excellent when the enemy team pops a gambit ult and/or has committed to the push. You’ll be proving bonus health to nearby allies while in your ult and if positioned and timed well the enemy will have a hard time getting away even if you don’t kill all with your ult, your team is there and has an advantage. Use his void walk either defensively or offensively, you can force them to back up if you push past the frontline and drop your shield. Hes viable in almost any situation and the only thing ive had trouble dealing with is Black Cat but there’s not much you can do with that. (Team died in the clip womp womp)

Did you know that fruits and veggies are picked way earlier than nature intended just to accommodate legacy infrastructure? They’re harvested while still in their infancy just to survive a supply chain that’s been capped by outdated solutions. Produce sits in dark containers and cold storage for weeks, sometimes months, before it ever reaches your kitchen. Harvesting too early is a legacy constraint we’ve accepted for too long. The industry’s "solution" to keep this prematurely picked fruit from rotting has been to coat it in petroleum-derived waxes and synthetic fungicides. We were told that if we want fresh food, we have to accept a layer of plastic-like wax on our apples and cucumbers. Even the "Organic" label has been used as a shield, while still relying on those same, legacy coating methods. There’s room for innovation. The system wasn't built for flavor or nutrients. It was built for a long-haul flight. Our team of scientists and technologists are deploying a new strategy that uses food to protect food. We’ve pioneered a way to take the materials found in the peels, seeds, and pulp of all plants and recycle them into a high-performance shield. By mimicking nature’s own defense system, we’re finally able to harvest for the best consumer experience. That’s the future. We’re allowing fruit to stay on the vine longer, develop real complexity, and reach your table at the peak of its potential. We’re inviting consumers, retailers and suppliers to join us in bringing a new food experience online. Follow James Rogers and Luiz Beling to learn more. Plant-based protection is the future. Apeel forever.

For most queer men 🌈, this level of true, unguarded rest is not just a luxury; it is a hard-won sanctuary. We often have to fiercely carve out physical and emotional spaces where our love can exist without scrutiny, explanation, or the need to defend its validity. When you finally find a connection that acts as an unconditional shield against all of that noise, the simple act of lying still together becomes a revolutionary kind of peace. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈 It is the quiet understanding communicated in a gentle hand through your hair, the steady, grounding rhythm of a heartbeat serving as the only metronome that matters, and the deep, cellular relief of knowing you are entirely safe exactly as you are. This kind of closeness strips away every single pretense until all that remains is absolute, unquestionable trust. Good morning 🥳🌈

i spent 4 dollars to make this post Akali 3H single routing structure with positioning optimizations these range from bnb territory to psychotic, but mainly putting together as an example for combo limits / optimization adjustments on the fly. You can always 2 hit walljump / do single hit jM to reduce some length and maintain the routing if combo time is a concern. For the third and fourth combos, there are 2 versions - one that optimizes for limit strike damage / combo time, and one that sends in extra air normals for 5s2 oki. Just posted both as an example, but routing like this also helps bridge the gap on 5s2 damage if you'd like to use that. Notes: 1) Corner to corner, keep in mind extra normals will increase the pushback and leave you closer to corner by the end, reducing frame adv from the tumble. 2) Nearing corner (starting about 75% of the stage away) adjustment on the ender for when the tumble has less frame adv, just cram in more air normals and save your double jump. 3) Here's where you'll start to see corner adjustments - round start position, this ends up being the starter for max damage midscreen, but if you were to reach the corner after the apex of your second jump loop arc, you can squeeze in extra minimum damage for a notable increase. Fortunately also maximizes corner carry while pushing damage. 4) In corner route. Stupid hard wrt combo time, just posting as an example of combo limits. you can probably just opt for above, but it does get an extra min damage source in. Alternatively, learn an easier combo lol. Have similarly structured stuff for 2H, will probably get to it later.

🚨 Bahrain: Interceptor missile hits civilian home in Sitra, injuring 10, as Gulf air defenses again put civilians at risk to shield U.S. interests More than 10 residents were injured after a missile crashed and damaged multiple homes on Sitra Island, south of Manama, according to Bahrain’s Al-Abdal Media Network. ▪️ Bahrain’s Interior Ministry blamed a “blatant Iranian drone attack” for damage to several homes and injuries to citizens. ▪️ Video and local reports tell a different story: the object that struck the homes appears to be a Patriot interceptor missile that fell after clearly failing to intercept an incoming drone. ▪️ Footage from the scene shows emergency vehicles responding after the interceptor slammed into the residential area. ➤ Reports circulating online say the interceptor was attempting to stop a drone targeting a Bapco state oil energy facility before falling into the neighborhood. Fires were later seen at the Bapco facility. 🔴 The incident highlights a recurring pattern across Gulf states during the war: civilian areas are being struck by air-defense interceptor debris or shrapnel or in this case interceptor missiles launched to protect U.S. bases and strategic infrastructure, while governments publicly attribute all damage to Iran. Today, we are announcing our integration with Hyperlane ⏩, the open interoperability framework connecting more than 150 blockchain networks. Shield Swap is built for confidential trading. Participant identities stay off the public ledger, portfolio balances remain encrypted to the participant’s keys, and trades do not expose the participant’s full activity to public observers. Each transaction also creates an encrypted compliance record that can be disclosed to authorized parties when required. But confidential execution is only useful if participants can get their assets into the venue without rebuilding their treasury operations around a new network. Hyperlane solves that access problem. Its framework supports asset transfers across EVM, Solana, Cosmos, and other virtual machine environments. A single Hyperlane integration can connect applications and assets across more than 150 networks. For Shield Swap participants, that means assets can move into the venue from the networks where they already sit. Hyperlane also gives applications control over how cross-chain messages are verified. Its Interchain Security Modules allow developers to choose and combine security models for their deployment. Validator sets and signature thresholds can be configured around the requirements of the application rather than inherited from a single bridge-wide model. Transfers into Shield Swap remain visible on their origin networks. Confidentiality begins when the assets are shielded inside the venue. From that point, the participant’s identity, balances, and trading activity stay out of public view. View keys allow the participant to disclose the relevant records to authorized parties without making those records public. During the beta period, the initial Hyperlane routes will support ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, and wBTC on Ethereum. Early access is available to a limited number of beta participants at

It takes GRIT and sacrifice to play Div 1 Soccer. Self reflect and ask yourself these questions: 1. Will you get up for early AM lifts and not just drag yourself there but arrive happy and energized, eager to work and motivate your teammates? 2. Are you ready to miss family events—weddings, birthdays and be separated from your parents for longer than you ever have before? 3. Can you manage every aspect of your life for the first time by yourself, before you even throw in the rigors and demands of a sport? 4. Can you survive in an environment where you are defined by your sport and have very little social life existence outside of athletic and academic obligations? 5. Can you handle the mental challenge of going from the super star to possibly bottom of the roster, sitting on the bench, and/or not traveling with the team? 6. Will you be genuinely happy for your roommate who is getting all the playing time and attention while you’re getting none? If all answers are a resounding YES than you are built for this, but it’s not for everyone. And actually not for most. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. 6. Apparently, I saw this video online and I decided to share. What this worker is applying is called bitumen, or what many of us know as bituminous coating. Most people think a wall is a solid, impenetrable block, but in reality, it is more like a sponge. Concrete and blocks have microscopic pores that pull water from the earth through a process we call capillary action. This thick black substance is the shield that stops that water from climbing up into the house. It is not about making the wall look good because this part will be buried under the dirt forever. It is about creating a skin that water cannot breathe through. When do you need to do this? The need for this arises because the soil is a very aggressive environment. Water is not your only enemy.. The ground also contains salts and sulfates that want to eat away at the cement. If this moisture finds its way to the steel bars inside the columns, those bars will start to rust. And when steel rusts, it expands, and that expansion is what cracks the concrete from the inside out. This coating is the only thing standing between your foundation and that kind of slow destruction. Thats is why if you see wet patches at the bottom of your walls inside your house, it usually means someone skipped this step or did it poorly during construction. You can apply this anytime you are building parts of a structure that will stay in contact with the ground. It is common in areas where the water table is high or where the soil stays damp for most of the year. This is a one-shot opportunity. Once you backfill the soil, you can never go back to fix it without a lot of expense and a lot of digging. It is about having the foresight to protect the heart of the building while it is still exposed. Please don’t ignore this if you need to. If you ignore it now to save a bit of money, you will be funding the future decay of your own home. I hope this helps.

This deserves a thumbs up! 👍 But give me a moment, my fine motor skills are still developing. As your little one grows, their physical (or “motor”) development happens on two interrelated planes: “Gross motor” development relates to the use of large muscle groups in the arms, legs and core used to balance, crawl, walk and jump (to name a few). And “fine motor” development describes the development of the small and precise muscle movements needed to manipulate your hands, wrists, fingers, feet, and toes. Both categories take time and practice to develop, with fine motor skills tending to trail gross motor skills in their refinement. Which makes sense. Fine motor skills are all about precision. Which leads us to this sweet little guy, who wants to celebrate by flashing a thumbs up to his mom and dad… but requires a little extra time and effort to get his thumbs to cooperate. Fine motor skills are critical to writing/drawing, the use of scissors, and the manipulation of things like buttons and zippers, just to name a few. You can help aid this development by providing lots of safe opportunities for your little one to practice strengthening the muscles of the hands and wrists, for example. Finger paint, crayons, play-doh, and eating utensils are all great options. Anything that will engage these small muscle groups. But even then, know that fine motor development takes a combination of practice and time. This happy little guy was shared to TT by chenko(dot)tattoo. (If you’re looking for the account use a period in place of the “dot” - I removed it here because the platform wanted to interpret this as a web link.)

Today’s TikTok tip : Setting up your phone I’ll continue from where I stoped yesterday When setting up a new phone , when you get to the screen where you are asked to enter your Apple ID Don’t ever enter an Apple ID that has been used to formerly create an account before , you are likely to get banned if you create TikTok from it Tap on create a new Apple ID , if it proceeds to the next screen , you are safe , if it does not , you will get a message that you can’t create Apple ID, this happens when you have used the phone to create too many Apple ID Just leave the phone for a month and come back to it or get a new phone For the first name and last name , i use the name of my account that I want to name Also when creating passwords , don’t use the password that consist of any of the names you added , it won’t work, I don’t know why After that enter your email address, don’t use a spam email or an email with + somerhing , Apple knows how to catch this well, you want to use a fresh email address , for this I use some of the emails I have already instead , we will use this email to verify the phone later Now to the phone number side , for numbers, purchase as from juicysms and smspva for Apple number purchase , tried some other ones before but you just need a disposable number for this to verify that Apple account that’s all. By now if you follow this guide you will be able to setup your phone I’ll continue tomorrow , I’ll talk more about candy crush game in the iPhone setup, it’s one trick I learnt 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Feel free to ask any questions
