Arya and Sansa both survived… just in completely different ways. Sometimes I really sit and wonder who actually had it worse

Arya could never go through what Sansa endured and vice versa. Sansa wanted to be be married so she suffered through men. Arya wanted to be a warrior so she paid with blood. Sansa learnt what men do to girls who want fairy tales while Arya learnt what the world does to girls who want steel.

let’s not also forget arya had the hound who sort of protected her for the most part

Sansa got protection from her marriage to Tyrion

Sansa put herself in every situation she was in by being naive and she was saved. Arya was out there in the trenches and constantly training to save herself and be a weapon.
