As a coach, how do you handle a player like this?

A whole captain lol.. unless this is a one-off sha, then it is excusable… but a constant occurrence, he can’t be my captain. And unless there’s no replacement for him, he would be benched for a long time. Make he just Dey train.. But then, I am not a coach 😁
