However, the umpire admits he was safe but said he called him out because the other team was losing 10-0 in the first inning. But many people said you are cheating that one runner by calling him out. They said no matter the score you have to have integrity even if it is 20-0. They said this is why kids grow up disliking umpires and why parents act the way they do. Tough one- I actually understand where he is coming from but if that were your kid, would you want him called out? I say call the game the right way 100% and let it play out the way it is supposed to. How is the other team supposed to get better if you are giving them calls? Do you agree with the umpire and why he did it? Or, are you totally against that and that should never happen?

It’s never easy as this owner knows and we all know. “We took Angel to the lake this evening for one last adventure. I tried to stop her from getting in the water since it was cold out, but she insisted. I think she knows.” It is our last and final responsibility to our pets to let them go gracefully. If our pets quality of life is less than, we need to make hard decisions. If medications can bring up their quality then use them but every pet owner knows "the look". It’s better to be a day too early than an hour too late. 💔 You will see your sweet Angel again one day. ❤️

If you are a jungler and play like this every game. I speak for everyone when i say no one respects your rank I actually dont mind playing into these people because they are inflated from cheese strategies so they will usually just end up inting the game away even if they get a small lead from it. If this is you that plays like this please learn real jungling. you can do this if youre adaptable but forcing it every game like this player is low elo

3 reasons using way too much weight (ego lifting) is stupid: 1) You get less in the way of stimulus and more in the way of fatigue…this is an L 2) You are more likely to get injured…this is an L 3) It may look impressive when you load up a lot of weight but if someone IS actually paying attention to you once you begin your set (as I’ve said on many occasions in the past…most aren’t), your not being able to actually handle the weight you loaded with good technique will result in you looking like a clown rather than some badass that’s really strong…this is an L All that said…WHY ON GOD’S GREEN EARTH are you loading up more weight than you can handle and using shit technique???

Hills I will die on as someone who has coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!

When I see this feral mob snarling at a young Jewish woman who just wants to sing - and who has to actually be trained to withstand boos - and who then goes on to to deliver the most triumphant performance - I can’t help but think of the lines from the psalms: “I will fear no evil…. Some thoughts while training this morning: 1) I actually don’t like getting up to train at 6am. But I do what needs to be done, and with a young family I want to spend time with I’d rather take time away from myself and train while they sleep 2) See your training as a meeting with yourself; this is an idea you might have seen thrown about. I put all my sessions in a calendar - when it’s in black and white it makes it easier to just get it done. Mood always follows action, too Have a good week friends 🫡🌱

Never saw Bruce like this but I so understand. These guys constantly bombard him to get albums signed just to sell it. Not real fans who appreciate his time and what he brings to his fans. I remember experiencing this at the Broadway show rails. They would push and stick their albums in your face to get to Bruce daily. The real fans wanted his signature and cherished it and appreciated it. These guys are so rude and just want to make a quick buck. Good for you Bruce Springsteen !!
