Lex Fridman asked Elon Musk what the meaning of life is. His answer was not what anyone expected. We do not know, he said. And that is exactly why we need to expand consciousness. Not to find the answer. To ask better questions. He believes the universe is full of things we cannot even formulate yet. We are like children trying to understand calculus. The problem is not that calculus is too hard. The problem is that we have not developed enough to know it exists. Consciousness, to him, is a tool for exploring the universe. The more of it we have, the better our questions become. The better our questions become, the closer we get to understanding what any of this means. This is why he builds rockets and brain interfaces and AI. Not because he has the answers. Because he thinks the only way to get them is to expand what we are capable of thinking. Most people spend their lives looking for meaning. Elon is building the tools to look for it at a scale we cannot yet imagine.

Great balance of showing compassion while sharing truth as Wes Huff responds to the question of why a good God would allow evil: "Well, that is arguably the hardest and most pressing apologetic question there is, because ultimately, the very tidy philosophical and theological answer isn't the right answer sometimes. You know, sometimes the right answer to the wrong question is the wrong answer, because I've encountered situations where someone has brought up a variation of the problem of evil to me, and I've just felt uneasy about maybe the tenor that they're coming at with the question...and asking them, 'You know, that's a great question. Why are you asking that question in particular?' and finding out once again (like the previous question related to it), they're personally hurting. And so, in that sense, I could give a tidy answer about if you're positing that something is good, you're positing that there's an objective good and evil, and if there's an objective good and evil, then you're positing an objective law, and objective law needs an objective lawgiver. So where do we find the groundwork for an objective lawgiver to begin with? Otherwise, you may not like certain things, but to say they ought not to happen is actually an ethical leap to an objective reality that you may or may not have groundwork for. But if that person is struggling because a family member of theirs has cancer, then that particular, maybe tidy, tied-up-in-a-nice-bow answer is not going to speak to them whatsoever. And so that's why that's the hardest question because there are actually very good answers to it, but often it doesn't speak to the person in front of you, because questions have questioners that sit behind them. And one of the pitfalls of my chosen field of ministry apologetics is that sometimes we give answers where we talk at people rather than with people. And there's a danger to that because the Christian faith isn't just an intellectual assent, right? It's a personal relationship. And that should also be played out in the answers that we give..."

But He didn’t prevent it The Problem of Evil — John MacArthur // March 17, 2007 You have to understand that this issue of the problem of evil is the big issue, the big one in even evangelical Christianity, as well as liberal Christianity – everybody trying to save God from this biblical definition. Let’s assume for a minute that God doesn’t have the power or willingly limited the power for a greater good, human freedom; or doesn’t have the knowledge. In any case, guess what; evil exists and God exists, and God has no power over evil, and evil dominates the world, and it is beyond His control. The universe is out of control; it’s out of control and the most crucial point. So just exactly how, may I ask you, is God all of a sudden going to get the knowledge of the future that He needs to bring this deal to an end, and how is He going to exercise the power to end it, and how is He going to overturn His immutable decision in the past to give the creature autonomy? How is God going to define the end of everything in the way the Bible says He defines it if He’s not even in control of it, because He will not or cannot exercise the power, or doesn’t have the knowledge? Maybe global warming has more power than God. So I ask you this: Which god would you like? Would you rather have a god trying to get control of evil or a God completely in control of it? It’s obvious. It’s heresy to say the world is full of evil apart from a predetermined plan and purpose by God far beyond the willy-nilly human choices. So evil exists, God exists, God willed evil to exist. He didn’t create it, He couldn’t. He’s holy, holy, holy. But He didn’t prevent it. It occurred in a rebellion against Him. But He willed and ordained that it occurred. In fact, if you study the Bible carefully, you can see many ways in which God designs to use evil things – natural evil, moral evil, supernatural evil – for His own purposes, even eternal evil, sometimes to bring fear and terror and conviction on the unregenerate, sometimes to bring chastisement and discipline on God’s people, sometimes to humble them. And in the case of Job, He turned Satan loose for horrendous evil in the life of Job. You remember that Jesus said to Peter one day, “Satan desires to have you that he may sift you like wheat”? Remember that, Luke 22? And if I’d had been Peter I’d have said, “Well, you told him no, right?” Jesus said, “Actually, I told him yes, have at him.” What? “So that when you’re converted, you can strengthen the brethren.” There’s a remedial purpose in this. “As you come through that difficulty and come out the other side, you’re going to be able to strengthen the brethren.”It was 2 Corinthians 12 where Paul says, “There was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan.” A lot of discussion about what that is. Pretty clear. Messenger is aggelos. A satanic messenger is a what; a demon. I don’t think Paul had a demon in his life, I think that’s the demon that was leading the false teachers who were ripping and shredding the Corinthian church, and Paul prayed three times that it might be removed, and the Lord didn’t remove it. Why? He says twice in 2 Corinthians 12, “to keep me from exalting myself, to keep me from exalting myself.” If God so designs He will use a demon-led false teacher association to rip up a church to humble the pastor. He’s in control of all of that, of all of it.

This isn't quite right. The reason women are so susceptible to Marxist propaganda is because it is women's nature as a political philosophy. Women redistribute. Women take care of the weak. It doesn't work as a primary political system because you cannot take care of the weak if you don't have a masculine system on top to create the productivity necessary to do it. If the men aren't hunting there isn't meat that can be redistributed to the weak that can't hunt. The men have to have a reason to create the abundance necessary to redistribute. This is why you can have an immensely prosperous society that is capitalist first with the feminine organizing principle below it and it's why the opposite is not true.

At the People’s Conference for Palestine, Lameess Mehanna — Associate Director of Undergraduate Career Development at Columbia University and organizer with the Palestinian Youth Movement — spelled it out. She began with a litany of “why” questions: “Why has the genocide continued when the masses of the world have made clear day in and day out where they stand? … Why can’t the ICC prosecute Netanyahu? … Why hasn’t the UN intervened in any real or tangible way? Why hasn’t every single country sanctioned Israel?” Her conclusion: “It’s ultimately due to the character of our global system and the role of states and corporations within it. The world order is designed to benefit the interests of a few states and ultimately a few people at the expense of the masses of the world.” And the call to action: “This is what it means to say Gaza is the compass… The only logical conclusion to ending the genocide is to transform the world that has allowed for it to happen.”

At the People’s Conference for Palestine, Lameess Mehanna — Associate Director of Undergraduate Career Development at Columbia University and organizer with the Palestinian Youth Movement — spelled it out. She began with a litany of “why” questions: “Why has the genocide continued when the masses of the world have made clear day in and day out where they stand? … Why can’t the ICC prosecute Netanyahu? … Why hasn’t the UN intervened in any real or tangible way? Why hasn’t every single country sanctioned Israel?” Her conclusion: “It’s ultimately due to the character of our global system and the role of states and corporations within it. The world order is designed to benefit the interests of a few states and ultimately a few people at the expense of the masses of the world.” And the call to action: “This is what it means to say Gaza is the compass… The only logical conclusion to ending the genocide is to transform the world that has allowed for it to happen.”

Why are you talking about it so much? Why do you need a Pride Month at all?' And the best way to put it is: Pride is the opposite of shame. And shame is a kind of being that every one of us has known since the minute that we realized that we were different. Think about that for a minute. Think about the person that you love most in the world -- your spouse, a person that you couldn't live without -- and now imagine being told that you couldn't talk to them again. And if you were seen holding their hand, you would be put in jail and they would throw away the key. That's been happening for thousands of years, and it is happening in the world right now."
