Ariel Helwani is asked to share his thoughts on recent comments from Michael Bisping and “Flat Earth” Froch: “My takeaway was I felt really sad for Michael Bisping, because I can’t imagine what it would be like to have once been a ‘bad boy,’ to once be a ‘rule breaker,’ a pioneer, a trailblazer, a guy who marches to the beat of his own drum — to be that guy who did whatever the hell he wanted and didn’t kowtow and didn’t shill — was a rebel. That’s who Michael Bisping was. And the guy that I was watching in that clip in particular, and the guy we have seen over the past year or so — what he has morphed into, what he has turned into — is the polar opposite of that guy. And he knows this. And he has to look at himself in the mirror each and every day and pretend that he is still that guy, and pretend like perhaps that guy never existed, when he knows he has morphed into this zombie, this shill, this guy who has had his brain infected by this virus, all because he wants someone to be like: ‘Good on ya, mate — here’s 5K to call the next Apex card, and please do your best to put over how great all this is. And if you do a good job, we’ll pat you on the head and give you the next big slap fighting gig at the Fontainebleau.’ This is what he is striving for. He is striving for someone to say, ‘Thank you for doing that. Thank you for saying that about big bad, ugly Ariel Helwani,’ so that maybe someday he could get on — I don’t know — that Fight Night in Austin, Texas. And then maybe, maybe, just one day, if something happens to DC, if something happens to Dominick Cruz, and something happens to Rogan, then maybe he can get that PPV. All to get there. That’s exactly what he’s become. He’s become the guy who will do anything in his power to get favor with his bosses — as much as he doesn’t want to admit that — just so that he could get that opportunity, that big break, that big fight at your local Apex, your local arena, at some random place in America. And so he has to turn to this. And that’s a bummer, because I remember the old guy. The old guy was actually a really good friend. And all of a sudden, he just changed, and he says all these things and makes up all these stories and has all this vitriol towards me — someone that has never done anything but support him, but have his back. I’ve told the stories many, many times… He now teams up with Flat Earth Froch, who can’t stop talking about me — even though he says he doesn’t want to talk about me — but all he does is talk about me.” Ariel Helwani #TheArielHelwaniShow

VEO 2 by Google DeepMind : MY CHEAT SHEET Alright, so after 500h-ish spent on VEO and giving birth to both "Kitsune" and "Banished", tons of people asked for a making-of. Instead, I decided to give you what I actually know of VEO 2 to this day. Please share! it's made to be spread around! 1/ If you're not using a LLM (Gemini, ChatGPT, whatever), you're doing it wrong. VEO 2 currently has a sweet spot when it comes to prompt length: too short is poor, too long drops information, action, description etc. I did a lot of back and forth to find my sweet spot, but once I got in a place I thought felt right, I used a LLM to help me keep my structure, length, and help me draft actions. I would then spent an extensive amount of time tweaking, iterating, removing words, changing order, adding others, but the draft would come from a LLM and a conversation I built and trained to understand what my structure looked like, what was a success, or a failure. I would also share the prompts working well for further reference, and sharing the failures also for further reference. This would ensure my LLM conversation became a true companion. 2/ Structure, structure, structure Structure is important. Each recipe is different but same as any GenAI text-to something, it looks like the "higher on the prompt has more weight" rule applies. So, in my case I would start by describing the aesthetics I am looking for, time of day, colors, mood, then move to camera, subject, action, and all the rest. Once again, you might have a different experience but what is important is to stick to whatever structure you have as you move forward. Keeping it organized also makes it easier to edit later. 3/ Only describe what you see in the frame If you have a character you want to keep consistent, but you want a close-up on the face for example, your reflex will be to describe the character from head to toe and then mention you want a close-up...It's not that simple. If I tell VEO I want a face close-up but then proceed to describe the character's feet, the close-up mention will be dropped by VEO... Once again, the LLM can help you in this by giving it the instruction to only describe what is in the frame. 4/ Patience Well, it can get costly to be patient, but even if you repeat the same structure, sometimes changing one word can still throw the entire thing out and totally change the aesthetics of your scene. It is by nature extremely consistent if you conserve most words, but sometimes it happens. In those situations, trace your steps back and try to figure out which words are triggering a larger change. 5/ Documenting When I started "Kitsune" (and did the same for all others), the first thing I did was start a Figjam file so I could save the successful prompts and come back to them for future reference. Why Figjam? So I could also upload 1 to 4 generations from this prompt, and browse through them in the future. 6/ VEO is the Midjourney of video Currently, no text-to-video tool (Minimax being the closest behind) gave me a feeling I could provide strong art directions and actually get them. I have been a designer for nearly 20 years, and art direction to me has been one of the strongest foundations of most of my work. Dark, light, happy, sad, colorful or not, it doesn't matter as long as you have a point of view and please...have a point of view. Recently watched a great video about the slow death of art direction in film (link in comments) and oh boy, did VEO 2 deliver on giving me the feeling I was listened. Try starting your prompts with different kinds of medium (watercolor for example), the mood you are trying to achieve, the kind of lighting you want, the dust in the rays of light, etc... which gets me to the next one 7/ You can direct your colors in VEO It's as simple as mentioning the hues you want to have in the final result, in which quantity, and where. When I direct shots, I am constantly describing colors for two reasons: 1. Well, having a point of view and 2. reaching better consistency through text-to-video. If I have a strong and consistent mood but my character is slightly different because of text-to-video, the impact won't be dramatic because a strong art direction helps a lot with consistency. 8/ Describe your life away Some people asked me how I achieved a good consistency between shots knowing it's only text-to-video and the answer is simple: I describe my characters, their unique traits, their clothing, their haircut, etc..anything which could help someone visually impaired have a very precise mental representation of the subject. 9/ But don't describe too much either... It would be magical if you could stuff 3000 words in the window and have exactly what you asked for, right? Well, it turns out VEO is amazing with its prompt adherence, but there is always a moment where it starts dropping animations or visual elements when your prompt stretches for a tad too long. This actually happens way before the character limit allowed by VEO is reached, so don't overdo it, it's no use and will play against the results. For info, 200-250 words seems like a sweet spot! 10/ Natural movements but... VEO is great with natural movements and this is also one of the reasons why I used it so extensively: people walking don't walk in slow-motion. That being said, don't try to be too ambitious on some of the expected movements: multiple camera movements won't work, full 360 revolutions around a subject won't work, anime-style crazy camera movements won't work, etc... what it can do is already great, but there are still some limitations...

Three days ago I asked myself a dumb question. It was so stupid I was actually ashamed to Google it. Can AI earn money while I sleep? Not saving time. Not automating routine. I mean putting real money into my account while I am not looking at the screen. Everyone says ClawdBot will change how we work. Automation. Task management. Smart replies. But I was sitting in my kitchen thinking about something else entirely. You know that feeling when you look at a tool and realize everyone is using only 1% of its potential? It is like being given a race car and only using it to drive to the store for bread. I decided to test it. I started a notebook. I record everything. > Day One I started with something simple. I gave Clawdbot a task. Find wallets on Polymarket where the numbers do not add up. Where the profit is too high for the win rate. Where the result smells like a system rather than luck. It thought for 14 minutes. I had time to pour a coffee and forget about it. Then the screen flashed. 4 addresses. I scrolled through the first three in a minute. Big bets on politics. They guessed the election. Classic. On the fourth one I stopped. Not because it was the most profitable but because I did not understand what I was looking at. The wallet was not trading politics or sports or anything people write reviews about. It was trading the weather. I read it three times. Weather. Will it be 9 degrees in London tomorrow? Will it rain in Tokyo? These are markets I would not even click on by accident. Then I looked at the numbers. > It started with $27. It is now at $63,853. $27 is two trips to McDonald's. It is nothing. $63,853 is a new car or a down payment on an apartment. It is two years of someone's salary. Between those two numbers was only one thing. Thousands of bets on rain. I closed the tab. Opened it again. Checked if it was a glitch. Real dollars. On markets that look like a bad joke. > Day Two I could not get that wallet out of my head. I went to look at its transaction history. I expected to find one big win that explained everything. A lucky hurricane forecast. Instead I saw thousands of small bets. Boring. "Will the temperature in New York be above 15 degrees?" Then I noticed the detail that finally broke my brain. Its win rate: 33%. It loses more often than it wins. 2 out of 3 bets go to zero. Any normal person with that result would be posting about how the market is unfair. Yet this wallet is sitting on $63,000 in profit. How? I started deconstructing the trades. After an hour I got it. When it loses, it loses 10 or 20 cents. When it wins, it takes $1.00. Loses 9 times in a row? Lost $1.80. Wins 1 time? Got $10.00. > This is not trading. It is math that works as long as you do not interfere with your emotions. Here is how it works. Weather is one of the most predictable things on the planet. Governments invest billions in satellites. Data is updated every 2 or 3 hours. Precision to a tenth of a degree. This data is public. But Polymarket is not a weather station. It updates its markets with a delay of 6 or 8 hours. Imagine the situation. 6 AM. The weather service updated the forecast. The probability that London reaches 9 degrees tomorrow rose to 80%. Algorithms everywhere already recalculated the data. But on Polymarket the YES button is still sitting there for 10 cents. Because the market has not woken up yet. This bot sees the difference. It buys YES for 10 cents when the real probability is already 80%. It is not guessing. It is buying what is essentially already known. It just waits a day and collects the dollar. 10 cents turn into a dollar. On information available to anyone who can read weather APIs. That evening I called a friend. He has been trading for 3 years. He sits in analytical chats. Draws support levels. I asked him: "How was the last month?" "I broke even. The market is tough right now. Too much noise." I looked at the screen. A bot betting on rain with a 33% win rate. Profit: $63,853. My friend with 3 years of experience and hundreds of hours of analysis. Profit: $0. Who is doing it wrong? I am not asking you to take my word for it. The blockchain does not lie: > Day Three I decided to dig deeper. I looked at the wallet description. I expected something complex. A hedge fund. A team of developers. Secret data sources. I found one line: Claude plus public weather APIs. Ordinary Claude. The one on your phone. Connected to free weather services. No secret stations. No insiders. No millions for infrastructure. Just an AI doing what any of us could do. But we are too lazy. Or bored. Or we think it is too simple to work. If someone already built this with basic Claude and free APIs... What happens when Clawdbot gets direct access to trading? > Day Four I watched the wallet in real time. First bet: loss. Second bet: loss. Third bet: loss. I thought: this is it. The statistics are collapsing. Fourth bet: loss. Fifth bet: loss. Down $12 in an hour. I was ready to write a post about how I overestimated this. Sixth bet: Temperature in Chicago. Win. +$87. Seventh bet: Win. +$94. By evening: 9 losses. 5 wins. Daily total: +$385. No emotions. No posts about injustice. No strategy changes after a loss. Just the next bet. I wrote to my friend. The one who has been trading for 3 years. "How was your day?" "Down $200. Market makers caught my stop loss again." I looked at the screen. A bot with no posts and no loud claims. +$385 for the day on rain bets. My friend with 3 years of experience and dozens of books. Minus $200 and a post about how the system is against him. > Day Five I woke up with a thought that kept me up all night. It finally hit me. It is not about the weather. It is not about APIs. It is not that the bot is "smarter". > It is about what the bot does NOT have: an ego that hates being wrong. No urge to revenge-trade. No boredom from repetition. My friend trades against the market. He tries to be smarter than the crowd. This bot trades against human nature. And nature loses every day. Clawdbot found me this wallet in 14 minutes. The weather bot turned $27 into $63,000 on markets everyone else thinks are trash. Both use the same principle. Do something simple. Remove emotions. Repeat. I do not know when Clawdbot will start trading on its own. Maybe in a month. Maybe in a year. But I know one thing. While we discuss if it is possible... Someone already set up their bot and went to live their life. Right now as you read this. Somewhere a weather service updated a forecast. Polymarket is sleeping. The bot is already entering a position. And my friend is writing a post about how market makers do not let honest people earn. Guess who wakes up tomorrow with money in their account?

Shiroko's "Are you having fun, Sensei?" from Blue Archive Fes 2026 If Shiroko was real I would definitely try to befriend her. I've always longed for someone who would encourage me to take working out more seriously—particularly cycling. Right now, my biggest problem with cycling is that I don't have that many cool spots I can go to anymore after having moved cities. And like many people, I'm bad at aimlessly strolling around, even more so at going on a trip without a clear destination. But Shiroko could help with that. She's great at planning (as shown by planning out her tour around Kivotos in her Cycling alt bond story), and I'm sure she would be able to plan several routes of various lengths and change in altitude. And I would love to go with her, no matter what she plans. If there's one thing I'm good at, it's endurance, after all. Throw however many "light 100km trips" at me as she may want, I would definitely keep up. And exercising together would bring us closer, as sharing any enjoyable activity would. Her brain would associate the endorphins released during workout with me being around, as would mine with her. And eventually, we would start dating. Doesn't a joint bank robbery sound great for the first date? How about a simple outing to a familiar ramen place? Or a romantic bike trip to the far seaside, just in time to sit down and watch the sunset, with her head leaning on my shoulder... There's just so much I would love to do together. I wonder how smooth her hair is. I wonder how soft the fur on her ears is. I wonder how much muscle she has, and how much that influences how her body feels to the touch. I would check everything. But no matter what I would discover, I'm sure I would come to love everything about her. I mean, she's already this perfect for me—she's cute, she's funny, and she even doesn't understand the appeal of electronic gear-shifting! In fact, I love her so much already, I'm worried I would mess the whole befriending part of the plan up. And even if I didn't, my feelings are bound to overflow at one point or another, and I can only imagine the things I would do when that happens. I would probably shower her in hugs, pats and kisses, and hope I won't get hated for that. Which I wouldn't if we were already dating, but then I feel like I would be on the receiving end of that kind of onslaught... That wouldn't be so bad though. In fact, I would let Shiroko assault me. I may have read too many Shiroko doujins, but she does strike me as the type to unleash her inner beast- er, I mean, unleash her emotions when faced with the man she loves. As just like with exercise, I would endure everything she would throw at me. I have gone a bit off-topic, but if Shiroko was real, I would be a healthier person. If Shiroko was real, I would be a better person. If Shiroko was real, I would be the best version of myself so that I could support her in all she does. I'm sure I could make it worth the time I would be stealing from her.

I think it’s time to talk about it 🙂‍↕️ I was delaying it because the scene messed me up in every possible way. From the moment he entered the room panting in anger, to the moment he subconsciously hid her behind his back to protect her when he heard the Kordağlıs were coming. When he entered the room like that (and he even knocked, but… since when does Serhat knock? 🌚), he scared her, because a part of her knew exactly how crazy this would make him. Because despite everything he did, despite the divorces and all the silence, she always knew he cared. And hell… he DID 😭 Serhat shouting “You can’t marry” in the same place where he once told her “It’s your life, I’m not responsible for it”??? C I N E M A! Yıldız gasping, crying, trying to catch her breath while arguing… #BiranDamlaYılmaz , you did NOT have to be this perfect 😭 When she said “Bir kere sen çıldır, yeter,” she was at her limit. There was that tiny second of silence while she was desperately gasping, and he just looked at her, helpless, not knowing how to save both of them from this mess. Y: You gave up on me. S: No, YOU gave up on me. With all disrespect… Sir??? I know he didn’t mean to hurt her, I know he was hurting too, but accusing HER of giving up, when from her POV he is the one who let go? She is the only one living in uncertainty from day one. He can’t expect her to read his mind. When she asked him to say he didn’t give up on her… imagine his position. Everything she said, he wanted to agree with. “I didn’t give up on you. I remember kissing you. I was about to divorce Melek and marry you.” He was swallowing everything, suffering in silence, because in his mind saying that would be selfish. He was still trying to avoid that red zone. NOW. THE MIRROR SCENE. First of all, why is no one talking about how he grabbed her with ONE HAND without even looking at her? He knew exactly where she was. Her surprised gasp?? His husky voice??? #ilhanşen canım abim, if you continue like this, Serhat will be the last character I watch from you because I will ascend to heaven. Have mercy on me big boy 🌚 Making them watch themselves in the mirror was WILD, Ercan hocam. If the scene was 100% intense, the mirror made it 10000%. His hand on her waist, her looking so tiny. His other hand slowly moving her hair. His face on her head next to her ear, sniffing her scent, looking… lustful, angry, desperate. The mix of desire and rage in his eyes??? EXCUSE ME??? He didn’t even touch the tattoo on her chest. He was locking her in place, making sure she couldn’t escape (as if she could). When he turned her around, he kept her trapped in his arms. He wasn’t testing her. He KNOWS she loves him. He was trying to speak without words. “This is what I feel. I messed up. But this is what I want.” But she needed words. She DESERVED words. He definitely was going for a kiss , and she pulled away. Because she is angry. Hurt. M convinced her she is a burden, and he never denied it with words. His silence confirmed everything in her mind. When he closed his eyes in that silence, realising that by trying to protect her with silence, he destroyed her AGAIN! Her cracked voice saying, “You still didn’t say you didn’t give up on me,” I wanted to hug her and cry until sunrise 😭 Then she put her strong mask back on, telling him not to enter her room like that, because she will soon be engaged💔 And btw, I’m 100% sure if it wasn’t for the Kordağlıs, he would NOT have left without kissing her. In my head, they kissed. There is no universe where Serhat left that room untouched after that tension. I tried my best to write with my sanity on! Just an advice 👀 try to catch ilhan’s panting in the beginning 🤤 they are delicious🫦 I know it turned out to be too long but the scene is quite long and full of details. I am sure I still can talking about it with another essay🤣 but I won’t don’t worry. #HalefKöklerinÇağrısı #Yılser

Imagine being such an amateur rookie that you use CapCut video editing app to edit an A.I. deep fake you made showing #KarenRead & her Attorney Alan Jackson “canoodling”, but forgot to remove the “CapCut” screen automatically appended to the end of it? Yeah, rookie move! But, that’s not the only one… This A.I. defamer who created this “Live Photo”—essentially a short video clip—also forgot to edit out their computer or iPhone notification tone sound from the background audio they dubbed into it—something that would never occur, as it presents here, in an authentic Live Photo. There are also visually several things at first glance that quite obviously give it away & make apparent it’s not real. These include: - The fact that the purported Alan Jackson (in the “Live Photo”) doesn’t at all resemble Alan Jackson - AJ’s head & face apparate and morph throughout (gee, if I didn’t know any better, I’d guess that this came from the same source as the Sallyport footage 😂) - AJ’s bracelet on his right wrist that he’s always seen in & wore throughout pretrial hearings & during trial is missing - The dichotomy in resolution of Alan Jackson & Karen Read—their faces in particular—and the things in the foreground & background, which are comparatively far more clearer This is such a shameful & disgraceful move, and shame on anyone for even believing it was real in the first place! Do you really think that these two individuals, Alan Jackson & Karen Read—who were in the national spotlight as they awaited the jury to come back with a verdict, with everyone’s eyeballs on them—would be that stupid & clueless, if they were “canoodling”, to “canoodle” right outside of the hotel Jackson was staying at, in public, right in front of cameras for the whole world to see, when they could just go inside to the privacy of a hotel room? 🤦🏻‍♀️ It strains credulity. Come on people! Respectfully, use your head! Personally, this is why I lent no credence to it in the first place & decided it wasn’t worthy of acknowledgement. Plus, it has nothing to do with the case or trial. But I do care about correcting the record & getting to the truth. Fortunately, thanks to Lars Daniel of Envista Forensics who came to set the record straight, that’s now possible. So, now the question is: Where & from whom did this deep.. or shallow fake 😂 come from? Who made it? And why did they make it? New York Post even ran with it, claiming they verified the authenticity of it via its metadata. What the New York Post apparently doesn’t know is that there are apps that very easily allow you to edit, alter, insert and manipulate metadata. Exif, Metapho & MyMeta are some examples, just to name a few. Alex Oliveira & Steven Vago published the attached article, broadcasting this defamatory, deeply harmful story to the world. Alan Jackson has a wife and a young daughter. How do you think they felt seeing this story? And then the Post even acted on this false information to follow Alan Jackson & his family all the way back to California to the confines of their own home & around town to capture photos of them so as to—I’d wager to say—create the appearance of a fractured couple / family / home. I’m just curious, if New York Post cared about the truth of this story, why not ask Alan Jackson himself when you’re following him around taking pics? While I don’t necessarily blame the reporters or attribute any bad intentions to them—because they apparently got duped—I do think they owe it to the public & those harmed by this malicious deep fake to let them know who sent it to them, and to promptly publish a retraction article apologizing. Just my two cents. It’s amazing this even got through the NYPost legal team, particularly considering the fact that Alan Jackson is one of the top criminal defense attorneys in the country, and certainly doesn’t seem like the type of person you’d want to mess with when it comes to defamation. #KarenReadTrial #FreeKarenRead #CantonCoverup

🚨🇮🇷 RARE INTERVIEW WITH LEADING IRANIAN PROFESSOR It’s rare I get to interview someone from INSIDE of Iran It’s even rarer to speak to someone who’s openly critical of the regime And not just anyone, but one of the country’s most respected voices Prof. Sadegh Zibakalam was arrested by both the pre-revolution Shah of Iran in the 1970s, and by the current regime 2 years ago He is critical of both the current regime, but also of the past Monarchy, as well as any U.S. or Israeli intervention or alternative to the current regime I enjoyed this conversation as Zibakalam did not mince his words, and he gave me honest direct answers to tough questions: How significant are the protests? What triggered them? Could they topple the regime? Do you think the Supreme Leader could flee the country? Is there a split between the army and the IRGC? Is there a risk of civil war? He says the Islamic regime has never been weaker. Iran's proxies are destroyed, its allies absent during the 12-day war with Israel, its currency in freefall, and its people chanting "Death to the dictator" in the streets. But Zibakalam warns against celebrating regime collapse, asking the question few want to answer: what comes next? He also believes the regime won't risk full military confrontation with the U.S. and Israel, no matter how much nationalist fervor it might generate. The gamble is too dangerous. What if Iranians don't rally behind the flag? Lastly, I asked the Professor: isn’t he worried about being imprisonment again for speaking out? He admits he's terrified. Every time his phone rings, he checks nervously to see if it's the Revolutionary Guard calling. But when asked why he keeps speaking, he gives a striking answer: "If I were in another country with my family safely abroad, I would say exactly the same things." Watch my full discussion with sadeghZibakalam on Iran's economic crisis, why the protests are different this time, and why he refuses to stop speaking despite knowing the risks. 02:48 - “I have actually been sentenced to 18 months in prison because I criticized, Iranian nuclear program.” 07:15 - “The current protests actually started nearly ten days ago. It was initiated by shopkeepers in Main Bazaar of Tehran and they closed their shops." 09:42 - “It's been nearly ten days, and they are still there and they have a protest.” 14:43 - ”But at that time it was a turning point, in my opinion, for the first time there was a significant division between the government on one hand and the people on the other hand.” 15:14 - “The government really did not do anything about this division." 16:11 - “But the younger generation, the more educated Iranians, they sort of distanced themselves from the Islamic government, in my opinion.” 18:21 - ”2 decades ago, people voted for someone not nominated by the government in significant numbers, and that was the beginning of a rift that we saw.” 19:54 - "Now, what we are hearing today is that they are openly and widely saying that we do not want this Islamic government anymore.” 22:06 - “The second important point is that for the first time they are shouting long live Reza Pahlavi, who has been in exile for years” 24:24 - “So why are people shouting his name? It's out of hatred of them and dissension of the Islamic regime." 34:55 - “Trump's warning to the Islamic leaders: if you shoot at Iranian people, I'm going to deal with you." 36:40 - “I think it would be very difficult for Trump to take any action because, what kind of action is he going to take?” 43:57 - “On the other hand, what are we to do when the Islamic regime is attacked by foreign power?” 46:04 - “We might even see fighting among the Revolutionary Guard itself, those who tend to support the government and those who tend to support the people.” 50:03 - “Who is going to rule Iran? In my opinion, no one, because we have no organized opposition.” 51:10 - “But if the Islamic regime is overthrown, there would be complete chaos.” 57:06 - “I obviously have heard, like many other Iranians, that the Supreme leader is planning to go to Russia, and I think it's a setup.” 01:03:04 - “The Islamic regime has become so weak as far as her allies are concerned.”

From Creator to Founder: The Rollercoaster Journey of Building Chatter Social Man, what a journey it’s been so far. Four years ago, I was just another creator, spending late nights on Clubhouse during the height of the pandemic. Like so many others, I was searching for connection, for community, for something meaningful. But what I found there wasn’t just connection—it was purpose. Alongside my brother, Jonathan Bing, we built a nightly show that reached over 5 million people. Imagine that: 5 million lives touched by conversations that felt real and unfiltered, all on a platform that at its peak had 10 million monthly active users. Clubhouse was magic. But then the decline began. Watching the platform struggle, I couldn’t help but reflect: what made it great? What went wrong? And what could the future look like if we did things differently? The Spark of Chatter As a content creator, I understood the needs of both creators and users. I knew what excited people, what kept them engaged, and what made them leave. Clubhouse had tapped into something special, but it had missed the mark on scalability and sustainability. By September 2023, I couldn’t stop thinking about the potential for something new—something that brought back the magic of real-time interaction but made it scalable, engaging, and sticky. And so, I set out to build Chatter Social. But I wasn’t a tech founder. I didn’t have a background in software development or a network of Silicon Valley insiders. What I did have was determination and the belief that if I could bring the right people together, we could build something extraordinary. Building the Team The journey to build Chatter started with assembling a team. Through my network from my days on Clubhouse, I found Samir, my first CTO. He believed in the vision and was instrumental in getting the project off the ground. Shortly after, I connected with Tyler, our Head of Design, whose creativity brought life to our ideas. A developer joined us soon after, and we were off to the races. By the end of 2023, Samir had to step away due to other commitments, and we promoted the developer to CTO. At the same time, I brought on Banko, a Sony music executive, as our CMO. Banko’s connections led to one of our biggest early wins: landing Davido, a global superstar, as an owner-ambassador. To this day, I still marvel at the fact that Davido believed in our vision when all we had were Tyler’s Figma designs. From Dream to Reality Early 2024 was a whirlwind. We hired Yurii and Vasyl, two developers from Ukraine who brought incredible skill and dedication to the team. Vasyl, in particular, stood out as a leader and has since earned an equity position in the company. But despite these wins, we were facing growing pains. Our new CTO struggled to meet deadlines, and as a result, I found myself constantly pushing back the launch date. What started as a January release turned into February, then March, then April, then May. By then, people on Twitter Spaces—where I had been hyping up the platform—started doubting if we even had a product. Launch and Lessons June 1, 2024, marked a turning point. It was the day my son Noah was born and the day we launched Chatter in private beta. We started with just 40 users, but by the end of the month, we had grown to 1,000. The engagement was unbelievable. Users loved it, even though we had launched with just one feature: live rooms. This represented less than 20% of what we had planned, but it was enough to show that we were onto something big. In July, we launched our public beta on the App Store as an invite-only platform. Within 48 hours, Chatter ranked as a top 30 social app in over 30 countries. But our invite system throttled access, and most users couldn’t get in. While engagement metrics soared for those inside, our AWS costs exploded. In August, our AWS bill hit $10,000. By September, it had climbed to $15,000, and we were drowning in bugs and glitches. The breaking point came when our CTO became unresponsive, often disappearing during critical moments. Users were dropping off, frustrated by the issues, developers were confused and the team was also growing increasingly frustrated, I made the tough decision to let him go. A New Beginning Enter Horane, a long-time user of Chatter who had been with us since private beta. He was the first to discover some of the most innovative use cases for the platform and had a deep passion for its potential. After meeting him in person at a Chatter event, I knew he was the right person to step into the CTO role. When Horane took over, we discovered just how bad the situation was. Key areas of the codebase were locked, and there were no separate environments for development and production. Every fix seemed to break something else. But through sheer determination and countless 18-hour days, Horane stabilized the platform. Today, Chatter is far from perfect, but it’s stable. The bugs that plagued us have been reduced to moderate issues, and our core users—those who stuck with us through the chaos—are still engaged on the platform. Looking Ahead: Chatter V2 While the platform is stable now, we’ve shifted our focus to Chatter V2. This is where the magic really begins. V2 isn’t just an improvement; it’s a complete reimagining of the platform. It includes all the features we couldn’t release in V1 because we were too busy putting out fires. Imagine this: Chatter V1, with only one live feature, was incredibly sticky. Now think about what happens when we release a fully loaded platform with all the innovative features we’ve been working on behind the scenes. The possibilities are endless. V2 is slated to hit TestFlight by the end of December, with a public release in January 2025. And this time, we’re ready—not just with the product but with the lessons we’ve learned. The Hard Lessons This journey has taught me more than I ever thought possible: 1) Your Team is Everything: The right people can make or break your vision. Finding people who believe in your mission is just as important as finding people with the right skills. 2) Adaptability is Key: As a non-technical founder, I had to learn about development, DevOps, and product management on the fly. Challenges will push you to grow, whether you’re ready or not. 3) Trust the Process: Every setback, every delay, every bug—it all taught us something. Without those lessons, we wouldn’t be building the incredible V2 product we are today. 4) Resilience is Non-Negotiable: From technical disasters to predatory investors who tried to exploit my desperation, I’ve had to fight for this vision every step of the way. What’s Next December is shaping up to be an exciting month. We have some amazing events planned on the platform to close out the year, bringing our core community together as we prepare for the V2 launch. When V2 drops, it will mark a new era for Chatter. This isn’t just a social audio platform or a social audiovisual platform. Chatter is all about interactive experiences—making social media social again in ways that are truly unique. The public launch is slated for February 2025, and for the first time, we’ll have the marketing dollars to tell the world about Chatter. Our core community has been our biggest cheerleaders, and I can’t wait to see how the world reacts when they experience what we’ve built. Final Thoughts This has been the hardest year of my life, but also the most rewarding. To other founders, or anyone thinking about starting a company: know this—it will test you in ways you can’t imagine. You’ll face betrayal, doubt, and moments where you feel like giving up. But if you believe in your vision and refuse to quit, you’ll find a way forward. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, my team, and Chatter. We’re just getting started. Let’s talk about it. 🚀 If this story inspired you, please like and share it so others can learn from my experiences. The journey is far from over, but I’m more excited than ever for what’s to come.

Emily Wilson is a kind of a feminist that is truly a bad person that wants to hurt you. Not directly, but in depth, through her profession as a classicist. She is attacking my culture and the Greeks because she hates virtues. She is blatantly lying because most of you don't know to read Greek. But I am Greek and I can read both modern and ancient Greek. So let me tell you why she is purposely lying. The references with insulting epithets toward the servant/slave women who betrayed Odysseus’s house and slept with the suitors are numerous. The most common ones, however, are "bitches" and "shameless" that were serious insults. Most foreigners translated the word "bitch" as "slut" which is correct to say that this is wrong because it's not what the text writes but in a sense of "non-literal translation" it's not out of context because those women who slept with the suitors and betrayed Penelope were "shameless bitches". Especially the word "shameless" is a strong insult in Greek. It implies sexual shamelessness lack of decency, and moral boldness and this is why foreign translators are using the word "sluts" in English. But Homer doesn't use the Greek word directly to call them "whores". The following translations I will use are made directly from the ancient Greek text into modern Greek. We Greeks do not read foreign translations. What we call an adaptation (απόδοση) from ancient to modern Greek is not considered a "translation" for us, since it is the same language. In other words an adaptation of a Greek text bridges the gap between ancient or dialectic Greek and the modern target audience. 1. Odysseus to a servant woman (Book 18, line 340): "Bitch, if I go and immediately repeat your wretched words to Telemachus, he will tear you to pieces, you’ll be smashed into bits." Penelope to Melantho (the servant who slept with Eurymachus and betrayed them), when Melantho spoke rudely to Odysseus (who was still disguised) (Book 19, line 91): "Nevertheless, you bold, shameless bitch, you do not escape my notice at all, doing a great deed which you will wipe off on your own head." [πάντως, θαρσαλέη, κύον ἀδεές (=fearless bitch), οὔ τί με λήθεις ἔρδουσα μέγα ἔργον, ὃ σῇ κεφαλῇ ἀναμάξεις] 3. "Perhaps in foreign lands too, some servant women insult him, every time he enters a famous lord’s house, just like these bitches here who all together insult you, stranger. I imagine that to avoid their reproach, their shamelessness…" (Book 19, around line 370) 4. "Servant women shamelessly dragging themselves here and there." (Book 20, line 318) 5. "Twelve of them appeared completely shameless, who had no regard for me and showed no respect to Penelope." (Book 22, line 422) Emily Wilson cannot tolerate any criticism of the women who betrayed the man Odysseus and slept like shameless bitches with the enemy, betraying Penelope. In her worldview, men are always the bad guys, and only women are the heroines. She herself calls the academic translators misogynists. It is inconceivable that there are today "eunuch" academics who defend this malicious and worthless woman. This woman is in Classical Studies in order to destroy them, so that you, who will read her books, will form a false image of the epics that built Western civilization. How Odysseus is not a hero, Achilles is not a hero, men are not great and brave but evil, and how the patriarchy must be fought so that women can win. They are trying to convince you that there is no heroism in Homer. Yet the epics were written precisely for this reason: so that you understand what it means to be a hero, what sacrifices are required, what difficulties you will face, and how you will achieve eternal fame. How you will conquer your passions, how anger destroys you, and how moral virtues lead you toward godlike status. She hates all of this. She wants you spiritually dead. She hates you. Therefore, it is completely justified for you to hate them too.

Before you emigrate to Canada or anywhere else, there are things one must know. I saw the video of this emotionally distraught Nigerian lady in Canada, & it broke my heart she’s beside herself. If you have emotional & psychological needs, Canada may not really be the right place for you. WALK WITH ME! That communal living you enjoy in Nigeria, you may not find it in Canada. First, you must enjoy your quiet time. Having a “me time” is important, feeling whole & existing in your own space is twice important. I know you’re big on emotions; you are the touchy-feely type. But life is not a bed of roses. No one said it was going to be easy. Life in a new country is not always what we imagined for ourselves, we all want to live, not just exist. But we have to find a way to not sweat the small stuff. We have to try to fit in. What could be worst than Nigeria? Life’s not fair, we know that! It is not always the life we planned for ourselves. That too is true! But we roll up our sleeves, we show up for our kids, & those we left behind in Naija. In the end, emigrating to Canada or anywhere else, should be first & foremost - “to give your kids & their children, a fighting chance.” Abroad is best suited for married couples. You fill up your individual love & emotional tanks. For persons who cannot imagine themselves living alone in a foreign land, I will advise you get married in Nigeria, & emigrate to Canada as a unit. Kids have a head start when they are raised in a conducive or safer environment, they’ll achieve their potentials in life in a working society like Canada. But there is a catch, there are the stereotypes to worry about. You have racism, drugs, gun violence (especially here in America) to worry about. Choosing the right community is important. Then again, where you live is 100% dependent on your pocket. The safer the neighborhood, the pricey the rent. For some first-timers, living in a mobile home or a trailer is affordable. You have to develop a tough exterior, you have be ready to suck it all in, for the sake of your kids, & those you left behind. After all, they are the main reason we’re all here!! ISN’T IT? ❤️ A working Nigeria would be the best place to live on planet earth. You‘ll not only enjoy a conducive life, you get to enjoy a life of commune. Nigeria is a close-knit group of families, but japa is separating a whole families. However, home is always on our minds; we will never forget our home! The “sense of community” is one thing Africa & Asia have, the rest of the world will kill for it. At community is where Nigeria exist; that is where you find most Nigerians. Until Nigerians get it right, families will continue to be separated. Friends will lose connection, & loneliness will continue to rise. Nigeria is the “Best Kept Secret” on the planet: abundant human & material resources, arable land, no volcanic eruptions, no earthquakes, typhoons & tsunamis. NIGERIA IS A GOLD MINE. A working Nigeria will provide your financial, emotional, plus psychological needs. You won’t need to be on any online dating site to find love. This is why it’s important to vote for the right people. The Great Nigerian Exodus back home will ignite (once the righteous are in the saddle). Like the Israelites & the Chinese Diaspora, Diaspora Nigerians will sing on top of our longs, & the whole world will know that finally, NIGERIA IS HERE! 😭😭

RESCUE OF THE KEEPER OF TARA EARTH This is going to sound like absolute fiction, but the story still needs to be told. Let me preface by saying I’m not just sane, but an autodidact polymath with multiple quantum physics patents under exclusively my own name, not part of any collaboration. So by dismissing my testimony as someone who is just nuts is really reading a book strictly through its cover. This all actually happened, even if you’ve never heard of anything like this before. What we don’t know about ‘the real worlds’ out there you could barely fit in all of our skies, we’ve been that isolated here. Everyone in this preschool dimension have preconceived notions about who ‘god’ is, inflated to the realm of all-knowing and all-powerful, able to create whole worlds, complete with millions of species of flora and fauna, and all in just 6 days. And while it is true such powers do exist, they are not without collaboration with other ‘gods’ to make that all happen, no matter how grandiose your captors want to make themselves seem. Just one species of your apples or oranges here represents possibly trillions of years of development and perfection. They didn’t just magically appear. “God” is a psyop term that stands for the word “perfect”, of which there is no such thing. The term perfect is strictly subjective, because what may seem perfect to a caveman is going to seem rudimentary kid’s stuff to George Jetson. The real term for the creator of all things is not ‘god’, but rather Prime Creator. “God” is actually DOG spelled backward and got its name from the Dog Star, also known as Sirius A, the headquarters of the Anuhazi Elohim’s breakaway group that call themselves The Michaelube, Suns of Ba’al. The ‘Arch Angels’ want you to believe they are the creator god of all things in this world. That was a lie 560m years ago and it is still a lie today. In reality, Tara Earth existed more than 4 billion years prior to the Anuhazi’s arrival to take the Human Elohim Project spirit essences hostage. They DID in fact help create Tara earth, just like you did, because they are fractals of Prime Creator. But to present themselves as ‘one guy with a long white beard who created the world and everything in it’ is word magic and gaslighting, designed to demoralize and subjugate Humans. For more on the why to this psychopathic plan, see my article: 👉 HISTORY OF THE CHIMERA. With that said, there are MANY beings in the world around you that are secretly ancient ‘gods’ of past eras who really do have more powers than humans do. I know, because I’ve met some and dealt with others during my years of education from the keeper of our simulation. There are also beings here who have roles to play to keep our world functioning correctly so Tara is able to continue offering a holographic platform for your manifestation adventure, who also have god-like powers, such as the keeper mentioned above, and others that are part of the team I refer to as the ‘crew’. You would call them angels, I call them people. Scary powerful people, but still people. Among the ‘crew’ is the main ‘keeper’ of the simulation that you wind up referring to as god down through the ages, because once in a while humans get to meet the keeper and witness the power for themselves which is very obviously not human. But the keeper doesn’t have a long flowing white beard, doesn’t sit on a throne in the sky and certainly isn’t perfect. But like you, a work in progress. Always seeking greater balance. That is the one common denominator among all fractals of Prime Creator, regardless if they are currently playing ‘bad guy’ roles, or ‘good guy’ roles. Understand there are beings here constantly at war against the keeper that has control of the universal elements of the hologram. Also understand, like the other beings who came here from much higher dimension with ‘god-like’ powers, they fractalize themselves into many, many different bodies, so it is effectively impossible to ever ‘kill’ each other. You would have to not only find all the many hundreds or thousands of them, but have a fool-proof way of killing them all at the same exact moment, making sure they are gone-gone, not just that one avatar holding their spirit awareness. That’s not going to happen. Not to any of them from what I’ve witnessed. Which means simply, as far as you are concerned, they are eternal beings, continuously here since 560m years ago in some case, depending when each one of them arrived. The ‘gods’, and the keeper, live in mortal bodies that age and die. But their positions are always held by the next one of themselves that can step into that role to maintain continuity of their offices. These are all the same person and can appear exactly identical to each other, or they can take on totally different appearances as well. I’m not sure why or how, but I’ve seen them both ways. After I was contacted by the keeper and informed of my role where I was in contract to supply protection and help to the crew back in 2013, eventually I was activated for that help in September of 2017. Both the keeper and a portion of the worldwide crew support staff as it were, had been taken hostage in California. I was tasked to bring them out to safety. I won’t go deeply into the details of this, but it was a serious situation where the invader races had stripped the keeper of all access to banks and cash, making it impossible to remain safe inside of the place they had been using as headquarters, literally casting them into the streets. And before you imagine this would be ‘impossible’, the keeper can’t just manifest stacks of cash out of thin air, and also there were a massive amount of beings all working together to neutralize them so they could possibly remove them from the levers of power of the simulation. That’s really all I can offer for details about that for now. The alphabet agencies were keeping the entire crew isolated in that one city, living in a car, camping in the woods and basically making it impossible to look after Tara. The keeper was able to get donations through various support mechanisms, but were shut out of getting off the streets. They brought in specialists to help them all escape, but the agencies wound up permanently disabling them, or taking them out altogether. That’s when I was contacted for assignment. Not being one of ‘the gods’ like they are, I was naturally terrified of having anything to do with this mission because I had no powers I was aware of that could provide anything they couldn’t. Which is really a fantastic understatement, since the keeper and crew can translocate anywhere in the world in seconds, have ‘thousands of avatars’ scattered out as vessels they can use in any city around the world, and basically everything they can do we can’t are about as intimidating as they can be. But I was told I was the only one who could rescue them. And while that may sound like the perfect scenario for a deluded mind seeking validation with illusions of grandeur, like a classic mental patient would come up with in their insane mind, this is what I was actually told, and I do mean in real life. To this day I find it as confusing to believe as you will trying to believe me now. Nonetheless, I carry certain powers I have been fitted with for my contract here on earth that I have had no education about at all. And the main one I’ve learned of now is I have a frequency shield that blocks out ‘the gods’ from doing harm. As long as the keeper and crew were within that field, the invaders were rendered powerless. Wow, even I want to roll my eyes at that. But I watched it play out first hand now multiple times after I got the crew off the streets in a ‘place of safety’ over the next couple of years. As long as I was at the safe house, nothing nefarious happened. When I went shopping every other week for groceries in town over 10 miles away, that’s when all hell would break out back at the compound. Those stories too would seem impossible to you to believe, just like everything else I am covering here, so I won’t go deeply into them. But they included black helicopters, 10’ long rattlesnakes sealing off the safe house & even assassinations. I was even requested to get to town and back as quickly as possible and not to linger due to these threats. I was told that my frequency shield while blended to the natural frequency shield the keeper and crew all have reached ‘87.3 miles’ apart (or so, going by memory now. But it was a very specific number). But even though the overall power of our combined fields still increased within that distance, the closer I was to the group, the more powerful the shield. I’m just telling you what I was told. You can believe it or not. I certainly wouldn’t believe it had I not actually witnessed it myself, so I’m right there with you if that’s your position. That brings us to the story I intended to pass along to you here; regarding that flight from ‘homeless bondage’ out across the deserts that spanned well over 1000 miles I was brought in for. The keeper and crew had been held hostage and homeless for 2 ½ years by the time I got the call requesting me to sell everything I owned and fly half way around the world for their rescue. Their lives had been hell, trust me. I arrived late at night where they picked me up and the hard part of the journey began. I will skip the details of the truly insane things I witnessed starting then for another time after the separation, for obvious reasons having to do with breadcrumbs and the very real fluid war we’re inside of still. But I will tell you about the ‘angels’ that were with us for that escape I would only learn about myself after 2 days of running. In the video below you will see what appear to be asteroids or a meteor shower, but they are traveling horizontally, not downward at all. We’ve seen this now since late 2024 a few times. This time I saved one of the videos taken on 2/19/2025 in Germany so I could actually show people what I saw first hand on that second night of our escape. We had covered whole states by this time, but we couldn’t stop and rest until we made it to a ‘frequency zone’ that was somehow outside of the reaches of the keeper’s enemies. I’m under the impression that there are certain key cross-leyline areas on earth that are too high in frequency for the low-vibration invader races to penetrate with their hyper-advanced psychotronic & scalar weapons, and that had been our destination ever since our escape that began at about 3:30-4am in the dead of night when the least amount of eyes would be surveilling us. Boy do I have outrageous stories about just how absolute that surveillance really is too. It is like they are not just tracking us, but using time travel to put agents in areas we would be arriving to, posing like homeless people and everyday folks. While in real life they were monitoring my every word in secret. I was surveilled many times during the weeks in that city while arranging for the escape and it blew my mind every time. The asteroids that really look more like comets in the video is what the "guardian angels" that had been secretly escorting us from overhead looked like, WHEN they were uncloaked. They only showed up in my visible view at the moment we broke over a ridge at about 3:30 in the morning 2 days later after our run began, at the exact same moment I could see the city lights way off in the distance below that was the ‘safe zone’. Suddenly overhead three giant comets appeared immediately above my head. I was in the lead vehicle the whole way, because the keeper was following my taillights. This is the only way they can navigate at night, because they don’t see like you and I do, looking at solid shapes and images, but everything through their eyes are light waves. I couldn’t make up something like that if I spent 10 years trying to write this article, mostly because it is still not believable to me now, 8 years later. These 3 comets were massive, what looked to be around 50 feet across, with tails of flame coming off that must have been 150-200 feet behind streaking VERY low across the sky. As I came down the hill to the desert floor for the final 10 miles between us and the safe zone (small town lights), the ‘comets’ started coming straight down toward ground, one at a time. They appeared they were going to crash into the highway, now traveling vertically at hypersonic speed, then just stopped 50 ft away from impact and vanished. You would have to try to imagine being in the total dark desert with only very faint, far-away lights off in the distance, only to have 3 comets traveling RIGHT DIRECTLY overhead suddenly uncloak, then turn straight down to get an idea of how insanely frightening they appeared, since their trajectory was to strike directly in front of your vehicle on the highway, as if you were about to slam right into them as they hit like giant bombs that would certainly blow up on impact and basically vaporize you and your moving van, to appreciate how absurd this event was. I was only about 150 feet away from where they were set to strike, so there was no hitting the brakes and avoiding anything. They were right there. Which means it was sort of like watching 'god' just fill the night's sky with fire. I saw 3 of them myself, but I was informed there were an additional 9 ‘angels’ that my own frequency wouldn't allow me to see according to the keeper. It is because this story is so unbelievable that I avoid talking about it, as you can imagine. Since 99 people out of a hundred are only going to accuse you of being insane upon hearing it, some possibly trying to have you committed at the same time, and the other person is likely already crazy themselves, so they just glaze over it. Until you see something like that with your own eyes, I'm pretty sure you will *never believe it could be a real thing. But this is what we call angels look like when they are decloaked and traveling at night. I don’t personally know if they were inside vehicles, or they are just simply traveling in their own Merkabah fields. That part was never explained to me. I was told they were with us 'flying overhead the entire journey' since we escaped California and were basically ‘signing off’ as I gathered it, now that we had reached the safe zone. You can believe I'm crazy all you want to, but now you can see them with your own eyes in this video, sure as hell not acting like meteors, but acting more like flaming time crafts (‘space’ ships). Are you crazy too? - On X, to search for my articles, simply type in the name of the piece, enter one space, then from: plus my username in parenthesis such as shown here: CASTING THE APOCOLYPSE (from:iontecs_pemf) Off-site, you can look up any of my writings through this link below for my other more than 100 recent articles and many thousands of comments on X, regularly updated thanks to Justin This message will only be seen by your eyes if not shared, and if you want to reference this article again later, you will need to cut and paste it in your own notes off line, as it will surely be erased. dave meltzer: youtube enthusiast 💀 perfect. now we can stop pretending this was ever complicated. the real story is not that wwe is afraid of aew. the real story is not that “high level wwe officials” are whispering scary things to dave meltzer. the real story is not even that tony khan got asked a planted question on a media call with very little distribution about the possibility of aew soon having very little distribution, although that sentence is so stupidly perfect it should be bronzed and placed outside the wrestling observer newsletter office like a war memorial for people who died pretending this was journalism. the real story is that aew is going to lose its wbd distribution deal. either it ends at the expiration of the three-year term in 2027, or it ends earlier if paramount closes wbd and decides aew has no strategic place inside the new company. and based on the board as it exists right now, the most likely landing spot for aew in 2027 is google / youtube. that is the story. everything else is laundering. tony khan wants the story to be: “why would wwe say this about us?” that is the whole operation. take my public analysis. run it through dave meltzer. assign it to wwe / tko. then let tony khan answer a canned question on a media call with very little distribution about potentially having very little distribution. a media call for a lightly viewed roh show. a planted story. a planted messenger. a rehearsed answer. a pr flack probably wrote it. tony khan performs hurt. tony khan says “i don’t know why wwe would…” tony khan denies the obvious. tony khan keeps me minimized. tony khan removes me from the public conversation about the exact thing i have repeatedly said is going to happen to aew. everyone is supposed to pretend this is organic. it is not. it is the most bubble wrapped, manufactured, artificial environment possible. aew is heading toward youtube because the domestic media rights board is closing around them. not as a troll. not as a bit. not as “pr spin.” as a business conclusion. aew is not leverage. wwe is not afraid of aew. the $185 million number was bullshit. the buyer universe was shrinking. paramount / skydance was coming for wbd. wbd was not going to be some permanent aew safe house. youtube was only ever a real “option” if someone at google was actually cutting a media rights check and underwriting production. not because every divorced mom with a ring light and a gmail account can upload video to the same platform. that was always the distinction. that is still the distinction. Nick LoPiccolo — February 28, 2025 “YouTube is an option the same way you or I could start a YT channel tomorrow. Is Jon Cruz cutting AEW a media rights check or underwriting a production budget? Hell no. Just the reality. It isn’t the model. Jon is global head of sports over there.” that was february, not last week. not after dave meltzer suddenly discovered youtube prelim numbers like columbus finding the new world. it is becoming inevitable now. Nick LoPiccolo — April 30, 2026 — 11:26 AM — 251.2K Views “to every journalist and every podcast who interviews tony khan from this day forward: please ask tony if wbd told him back in august they would not be renewing aew. wbd told him in august. i confirmed it directly and triple sourced it. please ask why tony has been acting like nothing is wrong for the last 8 months, and then please ask tony what his actual distribution plan is. because the only distributor left that will take aew is google/youtube. the myaew app is not realistic. the my aewapp is a death sentence in 2026 if youtube doesn’t make an mg deal for aew. they started building it too late and there is no realistic way to scale it. also, who is going to sell ads for the platform? kiswe is not the best. they built the myaew app. they are new to the game. hold tony’s feet to the fire. Paramount is not real for aew. WBD passed back in August. CW/Roku is now off the table. Amazon and Fox do not want AEW. ask Tony why he's been lying to you and to the locker room and to the fans, acting like things are all great with the network? i am sure a lot of people would love to hear his answer.” april 30. 251.2k views. not whispered. not hidden. not vague. not “high level wwe officials.” i said it publicly and directly: wbd passed back in august. paramount is not real for aew. cw / roku is off the table. amazon and fox do not want aew. the myaew app is not realistic. google / youtube is the only distributor left on the board that makes sense. that is the actual story tony khan does not want to answer. not “why would wwe say this?” ask tony khan if wbd told him in august that wbd would not be renewing aew. ask what his actual distribution plan is. ask who is selling ads for the myaew app. ask how a platform built this late scales in 2026. ask whether youtube is an actual rights partner with an mg, or just the place you go when the real buyers are gone. that is the question. not the fake question dave meltzer laundered into “high level wwe officials.” the real question. Nick LoPiccolo — July 9, 2025 — 10:51 AM — 9,565 Views “No one in Hollywood believes the $185 million number.” Nick LoPiccolo — July 9, 2025 — 11:35 AM — 7,470 Views “The $185 million figure is inflated. Variety’s October 2, 2024 article was likely updated after a publicist called on AEW’s behalf, as early reports placed the deal between $140 and $150 million per year. Tony Khan was also included in Variety’s Dealmakers 2024 list, which, while not officially pay to play, strongly favors those spending significant advertising dollars with the outlet. No one in Hollywood seriously believes WBD, which is in junk bond status, is paying AEW $185 million per year. Clear enough?” clear enough? the number was never clean. the number was never real in the way aew fans and wrestling media pretended it was real. and when the $185 million number started getting laughed out of adult rooms, the number magically became $178 million. that is where the shell game gets funny. because $178 million was not some sacred sourced number either. it was brandon thurston taking the median between $170 million, reported by sports business journal, and $185 million, reported by variety and others. that is literally what wrestlenomics said. Wrestlenomics — October 4, 2024 “Why use $178 million here for AEW’s new deal when some outlets are reporting the average annual value is $185 million?” Wrestlenomics — October 4, 2024 “I used $178 million here because it is simply the median of $170 million, as reported by Sports Business Journal, and $185 million, reported by Variety and others.” there it is. arithmetic. not an all-cash rights fee. not a clean license number. not proof wbd valued aew like raw. not a finance-department document from warner bros. discovery. a midpoint between conflicting public reports. then wrestling media treated that midpoint like scripture because they needed the story to be “aew is valued like raw,” not “aew pr inflated a number no serious person in hollywood believed.” and by the way, $170 million was not the clean all-cash number either. that is the scam. float the number. repeat the number. launder the number. defend the number with people who do not understand the difference between cash rights fees, in-kind services, equity, marketing commitments, platform value, make-goods, ad inventory, and press release math. then when the number collapses, pretend the next number was always the number. that is not reporting. that is aew state news. Nick LoPiccolo — July 10, 2025 — 5:53 AM — 12.6K Views “AEW isn’t leverage. It’s not competition. It’s a niche product with loud fans and limited reach.” Nick LoPiccolo — July 10, 2025 — 8:56 AM — 1,018 Views “We handle wrestling deals too, but thinking we need AEW for leverage is myopic. The landscape is changing and the game I’m playing is different.” Nick LoPiccolo — July 15, 2025 — 25.7K Views “AEW isn’t leverage.” that was never emotional. that was never tribal. that was never “i hate aew.” it was market structure. wwe did not need aew as leverage because real leverage was never “another wrestling show exists.” real leverage is architecture, scale, subscriber churn, platform strategy, sports adjacency, global rights, advertising, sponsorship, live inventory, library value, data, brand safety, executive relationships, and the actual buyer universe of maybe 18-20 companies in the united states that matter for live sports rights. aew fans thought this was a wrestling argument. it was never a wrestling argument. it was a board. and the board was already moving. Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 482 Views “I wasn’t viewing the above in that context (TKO vs AEW counter programming), it was more of this is what I’m hearing after 2 weeks of big media deals rolling out (Skydance closing, South Park library moving) etc. Which have all been in the works for awhile.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 388 Views “But if you were to look at it from a counter programming perspective (and I don’t think this was a factor in UFC deal) - there are only so many players for these big media rights deals. PARA is likely off the board (via TKO deal) & then what if they acquire WB in 2026/27?” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 535 Views “Yes, of course, that wouldn’t mean the end for AEW. It would make navigating their media rights deal more challenging, I would guess. But this is a hypothetical scenario & I do not believe anyone is paying $7.7b for UFC or a $40b valuation for WB w/ how do we fuck AEW, either.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 “And hearing all weekend Paramount is still interested in WBD.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 1.3K Views “I think more interesting for what it could mean as the dominoes keep falling in terms of the still evolving landscape. The deals are massive & the number of major players at the top are shrinking as still big push for consolidation & scale.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 12:11 PM — 2,588 Views “And I’d view AAA on Google/YouTube as directly competitive. It targets both the CMLL collab & the audience that used to watch AEW Dark on YouTube, & WWE is able to send well known stars to AAA events with an eye towards converting more of the younger, YouTube demo of viewers who don’t watch streamers.” again: august 11. not yesterday. not after dave meltzer tweeted a netflix prelim number. not after anyone had to retrofit the argument. the point was already there: the major players at the top were shrinking, paramount was still interested in wbd, paramount was likely off the board for aew because of the tko deal, google / youtube was becoming directly competitive for the exact audience aew used to reach through dark, and the buyer universe was consolidating around deals much bigger than tony khan’s feelings. this was not mysticism. this was not inside baseball for the sake of sounding smart. this was the board. Nick LoPiccolo — August 24, 2025 “This isn’t fair. I misread your question. AEW will exist but likely on the Discovery Global app (if it ever launches, I would bet that it doesn’t) and it will continue to do consistent ratings. If Paramount/Skydance buys WBD in a year…” Nick LoPiccolo — September 4, 2025 — 76 Views “No, that’s the WBD network division (cable, news, sports) that was already announced as being spun off under Discovery Global. The article you’re citing is about them selling a minority equity stake in that unit to cut debt and boost valuation ahead of the 2026 split.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 16, 2025 — 3.6K Views “This is not just about Hollywood scale. It is the foundation of a conservative aligned media infrastructure. A Paramount/WBD merger would fold CBS, CNN, HBO, and Warner Bros IP into Ellison’s orbit under Trump’s regulatory umbrella.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 16, 2025 — 11K Views “Within 48 hours of the rumor, WBD stock surged ~55% and Paramount Skydance rose ~24%. That market response itself boxed David Zaslav in; his board, Wall Street, and his own contract now expect movement.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 27, 2025 — 12:16 PM — 3,516 Views “Nah homie. Enjoy watching the show on YouTube after Ellison buys WBD and Ari who is advising Ellison and used to represent Trump and runs TKO makes the call.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 28, 2025 — 174 Views “I believe if and when Paramount acquires WBD, TKO will push to lock down a monopoly on combat sports. The long knives are already out for competitors, and the rights deals have likely been spread around town precisely to keep rivals from signing with those streamers.” none of that was random. paramount / skydance, ellison, ari, tko, wbd linear assets, youtube, aaa, the tko deal, the wbd split, the shrinking rights buyer universe — all of it was one connected domestic rights architecture. that is why this conversation was always over the heads of the people screaming “cope” in my replies. they were arguing like fans. i was reading the cap table. Nick LoPiccolo — December 6, 2025 — 3:07 PM — 41.4K Views “Yes, I always believed Paramount would walk away with WBD. I was one of the first to talk about it on here, even if I wasn’t the first to hear it. The Paramount Skydance acquisition closed on August 7. I posted this on August 11, about 1 month before the The Wall Street Journal first broke the news on September 12 that Paramount Skydance was preparing a bid for WBD.” Nick LoPiccolo — December 6, 2025 — 3:07 PM — 41.4K Views “The bid was always going to be hostile. We are only in this process because it was a hostile bid. Most people in Hollywood believed Ellison long coveted WB and Jack Warner’s chair. WB was not for sale when Skydance acquired Paramount, which is much smaller in scale.” Nick LoPiccolo — December 6, 2025 — 3:07 PM — 41.4K Views “Nearly everyone in town assumed an Ellison acquisition of WBD was inevitable until the Netflix bid shocked everyone. Signs were there for the last two weeks, which is also when I stopped posting about what might happen. Of course, its not over yet. Paramount still has paths to winning this acquisition. The one thing that’s for certain though is an Ellison-led acquisition of WBD is no longer inevitable.” Nick LoPiccolo — December 8, 2025 “END CREDITS” space jam is a warner bros. movie. that was the joke. and the joke was the same thing i had been saying the whole time: paramount was winning the bid, for those who did not understand. Nick LoPiccolo — December 19, 2025 — 4:30 PM — 828 Views “Here is another reference to it. So tell me how exactly is Paramount the better outcome for Dave’s argument? Netflix doesn’t touch the WBD linear assets. Gunnar keeps his SpinCo.” Puck excerpt — December 19, 2025 “Many industry insiders are also skeptical about Paramount’s seven-year, $7.7 billion deal for exclusive UFC rights in the U.S. Yes, it can be read as a signal that Ellison came to play. But some people see it more as Ari Emanuel having his way with the person to whom he is ostensibly an (unpaid) advisor…” that is the board. that is the relationship map. that is the thing wrestling media either does not understand or pretends not to understand, because understanding it means admitting the story is not “aew has leverage.” the story is that aew is sitting in the middle of a consolidating rights marketplace where the people with leverage are doing much bigger things than worrying about tony khan’s feelings. Nick LoPiccolo — January 21, 2026 — 4:22 PM — 870 Views “i mean get ready to learn youtube buddy” Nick LoPiccolo — February 19, 2026 — 2.8K Views “Paramount was always my bet to acquire Warner Bros. Never wavered.” Nick LoPiccolo — February 28, 2026 — 1:27 PM — 118 Views “you don’t need to look under a hood I AM SAYING THE QUIET PART OUT LOUD 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 I BEEN SAYING IT SINCE JULY / AUGUST 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 PARAMOUNT IS COMING FOR WBD AEW WILL LOSE A TV DEAL 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 GUESS WHO WAS RIGHT 💀” so no, this is not hindsight. this is not showing up after the fact with a flashlight and pretending i discovered the body. this is a paper trail. february: youtube is not a real rights model unless google is cutting the check. april: wbd passed back in august, the myaew app is not realistic, paramount is not real for aew, cw / roku is off the table, amazon and fox do not want aew, and google / youtube is the only distributor left that makes sense. july: the $185 million number is inflated and aew is not leverage. august: the buyer board is shrinking, paramount is still interested in wbd, and google / youtube becomes directly competitive. september: paramount / wbd folds the board into ellison’s orbit, and if ellison buys wbd, enjoy youtube. december: paramount was always the bet, the bid was always going to be hostile, and netflix does not solve dave meltzer’s argument because netflix does not touch the linear assets. january: get ready to learn youtube. february: paramount is coming for wbd and aew will lose a tv deal. same board. same thesis. same answer. now here is the part tony khan and dave meltzer do not want to say out loud. tony khan and dave meltzer do not mention me publicly for a reason. because the second they say my name out loud, they admit where this conversation has actually been coming from. not wwe. not some anonymous “high level official.” not some shadowy tko whisper campaign. me. that is the problem for them. behind the scenes, ask any real insider what happens when my name comes up around this subject. there is a reaction. not because i’m magic. not because i’m some internet boogeyman. because they know exactly who is saying it, why i’m saying it, what rooms i have been in, what companies i have dealt with, what executives i have spoken to, and why the analysis keeps landing. that is why they keep trying to non-person me publicly while reacting to me privately. they want the argument. they want the benefit of responding to the argument. they just do not want to admit whose argument it is. when i said wbd told aew back in august 2025 they were not exercising the option for the fourth year, tony khan blew up behind the scenes and forced john mcmullen to revise / update his article 2-3 weeks ago after i tweeted it. which is hilarious because that should not even be crazy or damaging “news.” that is how this business works. when a distributor is not continuing, they tell you early enough so you have time to find a new home. that is not sabotage. that is not wwe. that is not nick lopiccolo hiding inside david zaslav’s air vents with a clipboard. that is corporate courtesy. wbd execs privately whisper and shake their heads at tony khan’s behavior because their view is very simple: why does tony khan act like everything is great and rainbows and sunshine with the studio? we told tony khan as a courtesy so tony khan would have time to find a new home. and no, this has zero to do with paramount looming as an excuse. paramount did not even make its first hostile bid for wbd until september 11 or 12. that was after tony khan was already told there would not be a wbd renewal. so what did tony khan do? tony khan turned the truth into a wrestling angle. tony khan, or one of tony khan’s minions, gets dave meltzer to drop a story assigning my claims and what i have been publicly posting about tony khan to “high level wwe officials.” why? because it gives tony khan a safer enemy. tony khan does not want the story to be the actual timeline. because the actual timeline is brutal. on february 28, i said youtube was not a real media rights model unless google was actually cutting the check and underwriting production. on april 30, i said wbd passed in august, the myaew app was not realistic, paramount was not real for aew, cw / roku was off the table, amazon and fox did not want aew, and the only distributor left that made sense was google / youtube. on july 9, i said no one in hollywood believed the $185 million number. on july 10, i said aew was not leverage. on august 11, i said the major players at the top were shrinking, paramount was still interested in wbd, and google / youtube was becoming a directly competitive lane. on september 16, i said a paramount / wbd merger would fold cbs, cnn, hbo, and warner bros. ip into ellison’s orbit. on september 27, i said enjoy the show on youtube after ellison buys wbd. on september 28, i said if paramount acquires wbd, tko would push to lock down a monopoly on combat sports. on december 6, i said paramount skydance was preparing a bid for wbd long before most people admitted the obvious. on february 19, i said paramount was always my bet to acquire warner bros. and on february 28, i said it in all caps: paramount is coming for wbd. aew will lose a tv deal. that is the part tony khan cannot answer directly, because the direct answer means admitting this was never “wwe is scared of us.” it was always the board closing. tony khan wants the story to be: why would wwe say this about us? that is the laundering operation. take my public analysis. run it through dave meltzer. assign it to wwe / tko. then let tony khan answer a canned question on a media call with very little distribution about potentially having very little distribution. a media call for a show with very little distribution answering a canned question about aew potentially having very little distribution. based on a planted story, from a planted messenger, with a rehearsed answer, after an roh show maybe 8-15k people watched. a pr flack probably wrote it. tony khan performs hurt. tony khan says “i don’t know why wwe would…” tony khan denies the obvious. tony khan keeps me minimized. tony khan removes me from the public conversation about the very thing i have repeatedly said is going to happen to aew. everyone is supposed to pretend this is organic. it is the most bubble wrapped, manufactured, artificial environment possible. a canned and rehearsed answer at an roh media scrum about a planted dave meltzer story based on my very real and very public analysis of the media rights board. but make no mistake. tony khan was responding to my words. tony khan just laundered them through dave meltzer and assigned them to wwe / tko so tony khan could keep lying about it publicly without ever saying my name. and now, voila. dave meltzer is posting about youtube viewers and prelims. Dave Meltzer — May 16, 2026 “At this moment there are 340,000 people watching prelims for Netflix on YouTube. It’s a good number.” yes, dave meltzer. youtube can have good numbers. nobody said youtube cannot have good numbers. that was never the issue. the issue is whether youtube is being used as a funnel into a premium rights ecosystem or as a substitute because the premium rights ecosystem rejected you. that is the difference. that has always been the difference. netflix using youtube prelims as audience acquisition is not the same thing as aew trying to spin youtube as a media rights home because the real buyers are gone. ufc using youtube as a funnel is not the same thing as aew using youtube as a life raft. wwe sending stars to aaa on youtube to convert a younger demo is not the same thing as aew retreating to youtube after the traditional buyer board closes. and the fact that dave meltzer is now suddenly tweeting like the mayor of youtube is the punchline. because the same people who mocked the youtube outcome are now going to spend the next several months explaining why youtube is actually good. of course it can be good. for the right use case. for the right property. inside the right architecture. with the right check attached. but when you spend two years telling everyone you were valued like raw and your next stop is “please subscribe and smash that bell,” maybe stop pretending this is victory formation? i told y’all where this was going. the record is right there. i’m still right. and tony and dave: you guys are see through translucent. that’s it for ye 🎤🎤🎤
