Less weight + More Reps = Growth ✅ Not only just that but here are some of the benefits I noted: - Longer time under tension & a good pump. - Muscular endurance. - I get to perfect my technique and get good mind-muscle connection. - Less joint stress and fatigue. - Improved recovery and tolerance. I’ll still lift heavy, but not as often as I did before. My strength has grown significantly but my legs have not so much. I’m realizing now that the balance between heavy and tolerable is key 🤲🏾🍲🤝🏾

Blocking puberty doesn't either, as sex differences in athletic performance exist prior to puberty. I'll take that $1,000 bet. I hope Piers Morgan will consider having me on to discuss this.

You Are Not the Body or the Mind: You Are the Witness of the Three States of Experience All our experience happens in one of three states of experience: the waking state, the dream state, and the deep, dreamless sleep state. In the waking state (which is what you’re in now, as you read this), you are aware of and identify with your body and mind. In the dream state, you lose all awareness of your body and you stop identifying with it, yet you remain aware of and identified with your mind, immersed in the dreams that it creates. In the deep, dreamless sleep state, you lose awareness of both your body and mind, as the mind enters into what in Sanskrit is called laya—a state of dissolution. When you wake, you regain awareness of your body and mind and you take them to be who you are. But this is a mistake. You are neither the body nor the mind—you are the ātmā, the avasthā traya sākṣī. Avasthā traya sākṣī means the witness (sākṣī) of the three states (avasthā traya). It is the unchanging consciousness, that remains constant through all three states as their experiencer. Ghana is 69 🇬🇭... Grandparent age in human years and presumably wise. I won’t begrudge the celebrations. But in my adult life, Independence Day hits more like solemn reflection and desperately clinging onto hope that we will stop destroying our collective future. Galamsey must stop ASAP. Free posterity from its scourge. InshaAllah one day - in my lifetime - we’ll mend what’s broken, reimagine ourselves, and build a nation on honesty, creativity, and real productivity. Not just potential, dysfunction, greed, GYE NYAME AND VIBES. To be a Ghanaian is a wonderful thing as vexing as this country can be. The challenge you get in 2025 is that many women have only achieved things because of their looks and not because they are skilled. They go through life thinking that they are talented when really they are just women. This is especially prevalent in media - I have managed both male and female YouTube channels and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that men have to do way more to get half the followers women get! The lack of humility from commentators that have the easiest jobs in the world amazes me!

Argued with journalists and I will forever defend them. We took one part of the video and crucified them. Even after they were saddened to hear the accusations/backlash by Ghanaians after travelling all the way to the Eastern Region to gain first hand information and assess the level of damage they remained vocal about Galamsey. some of them even started the fight/campaign way before our hashtags on twitter. As we approach a new year, that assumption should die. They arrived at their destination (galamsey site) and begun their activity with prayer. Nothing wrong with that. God Bless our Homeland Ghana
