Australia's "No Jab, No Pay" policy requires that children be "up to date" with immunisations for their families to receive certain family assistance payments. Today I am introducing the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Amendment (No Jab No Pay Repeal) Bill 2025 to give parents the ability to conscientiously object and still be eligible for these payments. This form of coercion shouldn't happen in Australia.
