✨ Made a new mini feature on Photo AI: [ Grab from 3d model ] So the problem is we're at that stage in time (typical for AI) where image-to-3d models are not good enough but are fun to play with, but we know they'll be good enough in 1-2 years With [ Make 3d model ] you already can turn any Photo AI pic into a 3d model but it still looks hyper clunky and deformed, but it works! One cool idea I had to make that more useful and made now: Let people make a 3d model then change the view of the it with the 3d viewer, then press [ o ] and it grabs a frame of the 3d That image you can then [ Remix ] (img2img), and it becomes a real photo again and that in turn you can then turn into a video again with [ Make video ] So that essentially gives you a fully freeform camera position control to take photos with One thing I need to fix is the background/skybox, I kinda need to take the original photo and remove the person and just get the background for the 3d model viewer, in this case it should be white, but it's a start!

📲 You can also now import external photos into your gallery on Photo AI, not just ones you generated Then you can do anything with those external pics as you'd normally do, like [ Make video ] or [ Upscale ] etc. Here's a pic of me and Beff – e/acc which I then [ AI Edit ] to put us in a futuristic GPU factory The new AI edit model Flux Kontext is great but even that one still has some problems with maintaining resemblance, I think once models let us add a reference pic (esp for video) it will maintain faces better, but it's already pretty cool (and fast thanks to fal!)

🌟 New mini feature today on Photo AI It now auto recognizes your model's attributes when you upload photos of yourself Like gender, age, ethnicity, eye color, etc This uses xAI's Grok because it's the least restricted and other models don't let you do any identity type stuff due to safety (???) This saves new users a few more seconds when creating new models: training a model takes only about 30 seconds now, and then it also auto generates free sample pics for you in about 5-10 seconds So in under a minute of signing up and uploading a few selfies you got your first AI photo shoot pics I learnt the faster I get new users to the classic "WOW" moment the happier they get and the less churn I get 😊

From product image to video with just one tool - Dzine As you may have noticed, this is one of my favorite tools. It is also very underrated, as probably 50% of my tutorials include some workflow. I was testing the new image-to-video option today, and I love it. Step - by step guide in comments 🔽 I can do 95% of a workflow without switching between apps. Image generation, Image to image with style reference, background removal, background generation, and 2 frames image to video. The only other app I have been using for this video is CapCut so that I can stitch it together. Step by step 🔽

not sure why nobody is talking about this but Google Omni is insane at video editing Original Video (left) vs Omni Edited Video (right) everyone is comparing it to Seedance and missing the point completely. Seedance is for generating videos from scratch. Google Omni is for editing videos that already exist. which are two completely different use cases this is like when Nano Banana 1 first came out and nobody realized how big it was going to be. this is the first AI that can actually properly edit videos.. i've generated a few hundred videos with this model and it can do literally any type of edit you can think of. changing voices, swapping characters, removing watermarks, adding captions, transitions, pop ups, whatever. if you can describe the edit you want it can do it this completely crushes every other model on the market when it comes to video editing. nothing else even comes close right now and this is just the flash model. imagine what the pro version is going to be able to do when it drops in a couple months this should have way more hype than it's getting..

Today I was disqualified for the first time in my cycling career (14 years), for wearing glasses that record video. Unfortunately I was not aware of a new rule that was implemented in April that prohibited this. A warning, fine or yellow card could have also been enough. But what I struggle to understand is why In the Tour de France can you quite literally vlog with a camera in your hand which is perfectly legal...but because the camera is in the glasses you get an automatic Disqualification?! Yes, If I knew about the rule I would have also never posted it on social media. Anyways, I'll take it on the chin. Here is the video that got me disqualified & the other video is just to show what is completely allowed it seems. And lastly, my glasses have absolutely no AI capabilities unless used with a phone. So on the bike it can do nothing but record video!

Google dropped a new AI paper called LUMIERE. It's remarkably flexible, supporting video inpainting, image-to-video, AND stylized video generation tasks. Say hello to “space-time diffusion” for video generation! Now what the heck does that mean exactly?! 🌐⏳ → TL;DR it utilizes a “Space-Time UNet” architecture that generates the full duration of the video in one pass, rather than generating distant keyframes and interpolating between them like prior works. Because the computation is done in this “compressed space-time representation” to generate the full clip at once, it's far more temporally consistent. → Another benefit of generating the full video at once is that you can “direct” the video generation, making it easier to hand off to other models/tasks without having to stitch together partial solutions. You can condition generations on additional inputs, meaning you get the full stack of AI video capabilities – from video inpainting to image-to-video and beyond. → New SOTA for AI video generation? User study results in the paper suggest human evaluators preferred Lumiere over Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs, and Stable Video Diffusion in terms of quality, text alignment AND motion. But as always, we need to get hands-on with this tech when Google *actually* decides to ship it. → Could this end up inside YouTube? Now that I can talk about FLUX 3, it is an amazing model! It has the best native audio out of any video gen by far, and it rivals Seedance 2, generates videos upto 20s long, supports image/video/audio input and supports upto 10 of them! You can mix and match your references!

Kling 2.6 Motion Capture is so good. It's a huge leap forward. We've been able to do motion capture with AI for a while, but the quality bump finally made this approach useful. Here are the steps: - Get a reference video - record it or get a stock video - Grab the start frame of that video - Edit it using Nano Banana Pro. Ask to replace character and background. - Select the Kling 2.6 Motion Capture model in the video generator on Freepik (now Magnific) - Upload reference video + set the edited start frame - Video prompt can be simple e.g. "Gandalf dancing"
