Deus Sande, former Armored Brigade Commander, arrived at Kacuro Primary School playground in Kyanamira Sub-county, Kabale District, in a procession led by church leaders and army officers. UPDATE : The Chief Magistrate’s Court in Kabale has granted bail to the Deputy President for Western Uganda of the National Unity Platform (NUP), Jolly Tukamushaba, on a cash bond of UGX 1 million, with four sureties each bonded at UGX 5 million non-cash each.Chief Magistrate Derick Byamugisha issued the ruling this afternoon. Tukamushaba had been on remand at Ndorwa Government Prison after being charged with inciting violence in Rukiga, Kabale, and Rukungiri districts. #NTVNews 📹Alex Ahumuza

Tukamushaba, who was contesting for the Rukiga District Woman MP seat on the NUP ticket, was granted UGX 1 million cash bail by the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Kabale on Thursday.
