Under this mission all the 7 CAPFs with their total strength of 9.69 lakh personnel planted 7 crore saplings in the last six years, making our planet a bit more green. A snared giraffe. A vast wilderness. This giraffe’s story could have ended right there. Thankfully, that’s exactly why our aerial patrols exist: to scour remote landscapes looking for things out of place. The tracks of poachers, signs of trees being cut down or, in this case, an injured animal. From then on, our routine daily patrol morphed into a rapid‑response mission to save this snared giraffe – and, as you’ll see, it ended with the patient rising back to their feet, snare‑free and much happier. Indian Youth Congress has launched "PEHLA VOTE", a nationwide initiative to empower first-time voters with their voting rights. The initiative involves helping and encouraging the first-time voters to register for Voter ID. Few of the display vans were launched by Karnataka Revenue minister Krishna Byregowda and youth congress workers in Bengaluru. These vans will travel across India, visiting hotspots such as colleges, tuition hubs, bus stations and malls which see a higher footfall of young voters. Today one of my breast cancer patients was placed under general anesthesia before I had seen her, marked her, or signed her chart. That should never happen. This is not the first time I have walked into a hospital and found that the rules were treated like suggestions. Surgery is not an assembly line. These are human beings. They deserve to be seen, evaluated, marked, and spoken to before anesthesia is administered. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with defensiveness instead of accountability. And here is the deeper issue. I am often told by insurance companies where I am allowed to operate. Even when I know that another facility is safer. Even when patterns like this have already occurred. Physicians should be able to choose the safest environment for their patients. Insurance contracts should not override safety standards. I am tired. But I am not going to be quiet. We have to build a system where surgeons can vote with their feet and take patients where protocols are followed and safety comes first. Our patients deserve better.

"I saw six patients relapse with melanoma in six weeks." Testifying before the Senate today, oncologist Prof. Angus Dalgleish described seeing melanoma patients who had been stable for years relapse in a short period of time. "They'd been stable for 3 to 18 years, and the thing that was common is they'd all received a booster vaccine." Dalgleish also said he was hearing reports from fellow surgeons of colorectal cancers "presenting late stage 4, not stage 1 or 2," and appearing "in patients in their 20s, 30s and 40s in a way that we have not seen before." Discussing his review of the scientific literature, Dalgleish said it shows "at least a dozen mechanisms where messenger RNA can insert into the DNA and activate oncogenes." "As an oncologist who I'm starting to see that it's not only my patients now, it's people I know really, well, who are going down with cancer and they're going down more aggressively, and the treatment is not working nearly as well." "Many have seen a dozen doctors before. Not one of them has ever asked the vaccine history." "So of course they see no evidence."

I was honored to share the TED AI stage with Ilya on Oct. 17. His speech video is out today (mine's still being edited). I think it provides relevant context tokens to the ongoing events. Transcript starting at ~10'20": As AI continues to progress, as technology advances, [...] What I claim will happen is that people will start to act in unprecedentedly collaborative ways out of their own self-interest. It's already happening right now. You see the leading AGI companies starting to collaborate, such as the Frontiers model forum. And we will expect that companies, even competitors, will share technical information to make their AI safe. We may even see governments do this. As another example, at OpenAI, we really believed in how dramatic AGI is going to be. So, one of the ideas that we were operating by, and it's been written on our website for 5 years now, is that when technology gets such that we are very close to AGI, to computers smarter than humans, if some other company is far ahead of us, then rather than compete with them, we will help them out, join them, in a sense. And why do that? Because we appreciate how incredibly dramatic AGI is going to be. And my claim is that with each generation of capability advancements, as AI gets better and as all of you experience what AI can do, as people who run AI efforts and AGI efforts, and people who work on them will experience it as well, this will change the way we see AI and AGI. And that will change collective behavior. And this is an important reason why I'm hopeful that, despite the great challenges posed by this technology, we will overcome them. @TEDAI2023

There aren't literally beings made of plasma flying around our skies as orbs of light. The bright orbs are forms of Galactic Federation technology. The UFOs we see are their crafts. We don't automatically see benevolent ET visitors because they originate from higher densities and must lower their frequency to be seen by us. Bright lights always indicate an intention to be seen. None of these self-appointed disclosure ambassadors seem to understand what's going on. They're shocked that 4 types of beings could have visited Earth, but we already know about so many more. Everything that humans think they know is about to change.
