As blast gets closer to launch, I wanted to share some background on how it started and its key features. The original idea was simple: let creators tokenize their tweets and allow users to buy or sell tokens just by commenting. To make this work, we needed to create...

Backpack's recent update was incredible. They didn't push any new features (or at least none that I noticed), but it just made the overall experience so much better and smoother. It's a good lesson for everyone who obsesses over adding new features all the time. Most of the time, making the existing product more user-friendly is far more important. I personally use Backpack for the basic things like holding assets, swapping, using apps, and connecting hardware wallets. While it's great that the wallet has stocks, trending assets, and all these other features now, honestly, I couldn't care less about most of them. But as a user, I do care about the core experience being fast, simple, and easy to use, and the basic things I use it for to just be better. Oftentimes, founders obsess over new features to acquire more users and forget the existing ones using the product. Which is also why a good retention rate >>> new users that may or may not stick. This update actually made me want to become a stickier Backpack 🎒 user.

So remember that time machine I told you about? I managed to sneek out another video from my visit to the future.. this time I captured video of a 3d artist creating assets for a short commercial. They sculpted the bird in the video with nothing but two controllers which they used to manipulate generative matter in 3d. The AI model changed in realtime and adopted their style of work, both based on the work they did on the scene, and on reference images they gave the system. Seeing the 3d model transform in realtime as they were working on it was incredible. When it started moving and reacted to their instructions, I knew it was time to return to the present :D #art #ai

Had my mind blown today by how simple it was to buy Tokenized Gold. I was listening to Balaji talk about Gold today on a podcast with Luke Gromen I asked ChatGPT “what’s the best way to buy Gold that’s digital and almost like owning the real thing?” It responded with “tokenized gold: Each token represents ownership of real, physical gold This is not a gold stock, not an ETF, and not a synthetic bet—it’s closer to digital warehouse receipts for gold.” It then said the best option was Tether Gold (XAUT). I remembered recently the World team saying that you could buy real assets like Gold on World App. I wondered if you could buy XAUT? I opened the app and one of the first ten assets was XAUT. Swap USDC for Tether Gold in under 10 seconds and that’s it. The experience was magical. We are so close the Balaji vision of interoperable money and assets. When everything is a token, value will be the only thing that matters again. Tokens are just 24/7 global markets for trust. People will be able to move in and out of whatever assets they trust instantly. Trust will become the most important thing that compounds. What’s even cooler, is that you can then send Gold to anyone, instantly in World Chat 💬 Any asset, anywhere, to anyone, in any any chat. Check out the screen recordings to see how fast and easy it was

Another BIG WIN in court. Gov. Whitmer and MEDC just caved and agreed to return the $370 million in Democrat slush funds. They tried to shove all this waste, fraud and abuse into slush funds, and I said no way. Our Budget committee took a stand and BLOCKED it. Then the Democrats tried to sneak it out the door illegally, and I sued them to stop that. Now they finally agreed with my demand. That money is coming back to the state and we can find a much better use for it to protect the taxpayers and give them better value. Thank you to the Republicans on the House Appropriations Committee for having the backbone to take a stand and put a stop to this. Their vote to block the work project designation was valid, and the money will be put into the General Fund just as the statute requires. And just like it always should have been. I predicted this on the day we blocked all this wasteful spending back in December ⬇️

OMG just in time, our manufacturer sent in a preview video for the red pocket envelopes 😭 The colors came out amazing !!!! I handle all communications and handling with the manufacturers so it's a such a great feeling seeing it all come together live and be part of the process. I used to sell and make products for artist alley before I became a streamer so I'm very familiar with making custom merch. I'm thankful to be able to use this skill into making my own original merch line and have the audience to sell it to 🥹

I think its time we spread awareness and try to fix this shit. This information is directly from me and not some random shit that people say cause they want to. This is 100% real shit. Monark The Producer was contacted and spoken to about his work with Juice WRLD due to the Autograph session leaking. Through the conversation with Monark The Producer it was learned the he was NEVER once paid or contacted about All Girls The Same. 7x PLATNIUM RECORD. He never saw a penny for it. Monark's reason for never going public was that he didn't want to cause issues. Juice and Monark stayed in contact in 2018 (You can see this in the Tick Tock snippet), I'm unaware if this continued into 2019. Regardless MTP should be compensated for his work on that song. Regardless if the song was recorded NEARLY 7 years ago. Please Like, RT , Share this tweet to help us even get a response out of the label as it seems they don't like paying people as Maxlord808mafia said aswell. #paymonark Lil Bibby

ENOUGH ALREADY I was at the Black Residence yesterday, visiting my brother. Thankfully, it was raining, and I took this evidence, aside other evidence we have on cctv This is what Twellium Ghana Twellium Ghana, the producers of Verna Mineral Water and Rush Energy Drink are doing to my friends house. It started with we want to buy your house. The person has not made up his mind and then you come and build a factory close to his fence wall and direct water into his compound. All in a bit to frustrate and push him out of his property. Where in Lebanon or anywhere in this world will a Ghanaian enter to go and treat foreigners this way in their own house and on their own land. Forget the weak minded Ghanaian workers who aid them. This is how we push people to the edge, and when they react and act mindlessly, we will say people are bad. If you have conscience! Retweet this post, so the authorities who are not corrupt will help us bring resolution to this matter. #DisrespectfulOrganization

Looking back I regret that decision , The people in Indianapolis came to see a fight and i felt like i let them down”

I met with the President of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs. Security cooperation was our main focus. We count on signing an agreement with Latvia in the Drone Deal format to build a multi-layered air defense system against different types of threats. I proposed this cooperation to the President. We will send our experts to Latvia to exchange experience and provide direct assistance in protecting the airspace. It is important to work together to strengthen Europe’s defense. We also discussed the overall security situation in the region. The initial cause of all challenges and threats is Russia and its aggression. I am grateful that we share a common position on this. Special attention was given to diplomatic work and Ukraine’s European integration. It is important to open all negotiation clusters as soon as possible, and there are now favorable conditions for this. Latvia consistently supports us in this regard, and I am grateful for it.

I met with the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic 🇲🇪🇪🇺. We agreed to strengthen cooperation between Ukraine and Montenegro across various sectors. We will also exchange experiences on the path to the EU: we share a common goal and can work together to bring it closer as quickly as possible. We additionally addressed efforts toward a just peace and the pressure on Russia that should bring it closer. We must do everything possible to ensure this war ends justly, as needed by all those who value the international order. I am grateful to the people of Montenegro for their support of Ukraine.

“There is a tension between what the users of a currency want – and the users of a currency tend to like freedom, autonomy, and discretion as to what they spent their money on – and what the issuers of a currency want; and bluntly, the issuers of a currency want control. Control of monetary policy, and control of you.” The Bank of England’s consultation papers make very clear the level of control that they wish to exercise over you, and over your supposed financial autonomy, if you were to use their #DigitalPound. (1) You’ll need to provide ID in order to use the #DigitalPound: “For the digital pound, tiered access would allow for different levels of user access and functionality based on the amount of identification (ID) a user is willing or able to provide.” (2) The Bank will dictate how much you can hold: “The Bank would place some limits on holdings of digital pounds, at least during its introductory period.” (3) The digital pound will be programmable, if not by the Bank itself then by third party providers: “Programmability, delivered by Payment Interface Providers, could also enable the use of smart contracts, which carry out specific actions based on pre-defined terms and conditions.” Quotes are from from the Bank of England’s Digital Pound consultation paper: Whatever the #DigitalPound will be, it won’t be cash. Cash does not require me to show ID to use it. I can hold as much cash as I want or need. And, along with #Bitcoin, cash is a bearer instrument whose title is freely transferrable upon delivery, which is very difficult for a central bank to control. And long may it stay this way. A huge shout out and thank you to Lyn Alden, who made this point much more eloquently than I did in her excellent book #BrokenMoney. Thank you! Also I’m aware that my hand gestures in this clip are reminiscent of Richard Hendricks manipulating ‘datas’ on stage at TechCrunch Disrupt in #SiliconValley, and for this I can only apologize: #BitcoinConference #Amsterdam #NoToCBDCs

Why Mobile Wallet Protocol? Warpcast uses Mobile Wallet Protocol to connect frames to a user's wallet on mobile devices. MWP is an open standard with great UX on mobile. Specifically: 1. It works 100% of the time. 2. It's fast. 3. It redirects you between apps smoothly See it in action with the Storage Fairy below. MWP was created by the Coinbase Wallet team and is an open protocol that can work with any wallet. Link in the next tweet. It's really well designed and can work with any wallet. If you're a wallet thinking of supporting MWP, reach out to us! Why not Wallet Connect? WalletConnect works great on desktop and we use it in Warpcast. But on mobile, we ran into several issues that led to bad UX or outright failures. We've shared feedback with the WC team and other wallets about the challenges we've faced and people are working on improving the experience.

I met with Germany’s Federal Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul, Johann Wadephul. We discussed strengthening air defense and supporting our people ahead of the winter period. This is priority number one, and I am grateful to Germany for its leadership on this issue and for its efforts to provide us with as much assistance as possible. We also discussed the work of our teams on an agreement in the Drone Deal format, so that we can sign it in the near future. I thank the Minister for his visit to Ukraine, in particular to participate in the 9th International Veterans Forum, and for his upcoming trip to Ukrainian regions where the situation is difficult due to Russian shelling. I am grateful to Germany and the German people for their significant support for our people and our struggle.
