President Macron: "In the next few days, the European Union is expected to adopt an 18th sanctions package, unprecedented in its ambition and the measures it contains in the financial and energy sectors. It will impose an embargo, notably on imports of Russian crude oil refined in third countries, which is a strong signal, and I hope that this agreement will also include the principle of lowering the cap price on Russian crude oil. It is important to pass it because it is a very deterrent package that will have an impact on the Russian economy and will probably bring Russia back to the negotiating table."

You have to give credit to the Prime Minister and the Government of India as they have not reacted to a lot of statements coming out of Washington DC, or from politicians in the US... India has conveyed to the US that it is a trusted partner and will work with the US as long as the interests of both countries are aligned. We often hear about the negatives of drinking alcohol, but longevity physician Dr. Peter Attia says he still drinks in moderation, when social benefits outweigh the negatives. “Try to never have more than two drinks in a day. And try to never drink more than three hours before bedtime because it will negatively impact your sleep,” says Attia. “If you can limit yourself to no more than six or seven drinks a week,” he adds, “I can't tell you that it will have no negative effect on your health, but I think the effect is so small that it probably comes out in the wash.”
