Being from Odisha, when I moved to Gurgaon for the first time back in 2008, the dialect was a shock to me just like everyone. People think haryanvi is rude, it’s not. People are very accepting and the dialect has inherent humour in it. If people spend some time, understand it and they will fall in love with it, just like I did 😀 But on a serious note, the language wars are nothing but planned.

When it comes to language West Bengal has always been very tolerant. Most Bengalis can speak hindi or switch to english as per the ease of communication. But this is not the same when it comes to many other states of India. I am not against this tolerance because language shouldn't be a barrier but the pseudo superiority of "speaking hindi" is unacceptable. Yes, you might not know another language but you should respect the same when u speak with the residents of a certain state. You cannot mock any other regional language only because you can't speak the same and say remarks like "Go to Bangladesh if you speak Bengali" ‼️ Hindi is widely spoken, true, but not the national language. People must learn to respect and embrace other cultures and languages as well 🙂

Haryana withdrew its colleges 55 years ago in the early 1970s, shifted them to Kurukshetra University, stopped funding PU, and lost all representation in its Senate. Since then, Haryana has had no stake, no affiliation, and no role in PU’s governance. Knowing that Haryana walked away 55 years ago, Now suddenly there’s intense interest from Haryana pressure from the Haryana CM, pressure from the Centre, Haryana student unions talking about a share and even a committee formed by the VC to discuss Haryana’s stake? #Manipur It is sad that even with all the horrible burnings and killings and kidnappings of small kids and women going on - the situation isn't serious enough for the Hon'ble PM and GOI to speak or act. 500 days and more of Manipur burning - armed militants roaming around freely attacking civilians and farmers, CM of neighbouring State openly supporting uniting of all Kuki Zo across 3 Countries while Manipur burns because of the same demand, still the situation isn't serious enough for the Hon'ble PM and GOI to speak or act. What is the boundary to be crossed for the situation to be serious enough? How many more people to be burnt and kidnapped? How many women and children to be tortured? How many more months for the poor displaced 60k people to languish in heart breaking situations in camps inside their own homeland?? What more are we all waiting to happen? What is this act east policy which doesn't allow our own Govt to act and protect its own citizens and their homes in India's own far eastern most State? What is the role of drug lords and international hands in this to keep the State boiling and segregate population along ethnic lines to cause borders and strategic areas to be controlled by the Christian tribals? Is our own GOI a part of this or just plain helpless? Or is it the intelligence that the GOI gets not the real picture as it passes from the ground to the Head through layers of bureaucrats who are more affiliated to their own communal agenda rather than their constitutional duties? Or is it just plain looking down upon the natives as unworthy of attention - let them settle the way they want kind of attitude? Here is the real voice of Einstein. In 1941, the great physicist was recorded reading an essay he wrote called "The Common Language of Science." In this fascinating excerpt, he warns of the dangers of "errors and deception" that come from letting your language (and ideas) drift away from the reality perceived by your senses. Good message for all times — especially ours. The Common Language of Science The first step towards language was to link acoustically or otherwise commutable signs to sense-impressions. Most likely all sociable animals have arrived at this primitive kind of communication--at least to a certain degree. A higher development is reached when further signs are introduced and understood which establish relations between those other signs designating sense impression. At this stage it is already possible to report somewhat complex series of impressions; we can say that language has come to existence. If language is to lead at all to understanding, there must be rules concerning the relations between the signs on the one hand and on the other hand there must be a stable correspondence between signs and impressions. In their childhood individuals connected by the same language grasp these rules and relations mainly by intuition. When man becomes conscious of the rules concerning the relations between signs the so-called grammar of language is established. In an early stage the words may correspond directly to impressions. At a later stage this direct connection is lost insofar as some words convey relations to perceptions only if used in connection with other words (for instance such words as: "is", "or", "thing"). Then word-groups rather than single words refer to perceptions. When language becomes thus partially independent from the background of impressions a greater inner coherence is gained. Only at this further development where frequent use is made of so-called abstract concepts, language becomes an instrument of reasoning in the true sense of the word. But it is also this development which turns language into a dangerous source of error and deception. Everything depends on the degree to which words and word combinations correspond to the world of impression. What is it that brings about such an intimate connection between language and thinking? Is there no thinking without the use of language, namely in concepts and concept-combinations for which words need not necessarily come to mind? Has not every one of us struggled for words although the connection between "things" was already clear? We might be inclined to attribute to the act of thinking complete independence from language if the individual formed or were able to form his concepts without the verbal guidance of his environment. Yet most likely the mental shape of an individual growing up under such conditions, would be very poor. Thus we may conclude that the mental development of the individual and his way of forming concepts depend to a high degree upon language. This makes us realize to what extent the same language means the same mentality. In this sense thinking and language are linked together.

At this stage it is already possible to report somewhat complex series of impressions; we can say that language has come to existence. If language is to lead at all to understanding, there must be rules concerning the relations between the signs on the one hand and on the other hand there must be a stable correspondence between signs and impressions. In their childhood individuals connected by the same language grasp these rules and relations mainly by intuition. When man becomes conscious of the rules concerning the relations between signs the so-called grammar of language is established. In an early stage the words may correspond directly to impressions. At a later stage this direct connection is lost insofar as some words convey relations to perceptions only if used in connection with other words (for instance such words as: "is", "or", "thing"). Then word-groups rather than single words refer to perceptions. When language becomes thus partially independent from the background of impressions a greater inner coherence is gained. Only at this further development where frequent use is made of so-called abstract concepts, language becomes an instrument of reasoning in the true sense of the word. But it is also this development which turns language into a dangerous source of error and deception. Everything depends on the degree to which words and word combinations correspond to the world of impression. What is it that brings about such an intimate connection between language and thinking? Is there no thinking without the use of language, namely in concepts and concept-combinations for which words need not necessarily come to mind? Has not every one of us struggled for words although the connection between "things" was already clear? We might be inclined to attribute to the act of thinking complete independence from language if the individual formed or were able to form his concepts without the verbal guidance of his environment. Yet most likely the mental shape of an individual growing up under such conditions, would be very poor. Thus we may conclude that the mental development of the individual and his way of forming concepts depend to a high degree upon language. This makes us realize to what extent the same language means the same mentality. In this sense thinking and language are linked together.

Why can't Hindus build a temple on their own land? It is truly shocking to see what happened in Madhupur village, Jharkhand. When local Hindus tried to start the renovation of a Kali Mata temple on their own land, a large group from the other community allegedly attacked them with stones. From young men to the elderly, everyone seemed to be involved in this stone-pelting, leaving many Hindus badly injured. The victims are seen crying and sharing how they were threatened and beaten in their own neighborhood. This raises a very serious question: why is it that in areas where some communities are in the majority, they don't allow others to practice their faith freely? Is this the "secularism" we talk about? Why should anyone be stopped from building a place of worship on their own property? It’s time to speak up against such one-sided rules and ensure that everyone has the right to follow their traditions without fear. What is your take on this? Why does peace always seem to be at stake in such areas?

Can I just put it out there to you all that the Iranian people the majority of them are highly educated smart intellectual people and the ones who are in comments of mine and other people are actually just sick individuals that are working on a plan and their plan is to swear their way and trying to intimidate and abuse social media accounts. All they’re doing is showing themselves to be nothing but uneducated scumbags that work for Israel almost all of them. I’ve got next to nothing followers as in like zero followers or three followers or four followers some of them even have a blue Tech, but they’ve got all the five followers. This is an operation that we put in place to try and take control of the narrative on social media reality on the ground in Iran. There is no willingness whatsoever for what’s happening in social media in the West. There is no one supporting these people in Iran. So whatever they wanna say and do over here means nothing to the people on their own nothing. This young lady in this video is pretty much the same person as me and the sense that she is an Iranian has not lost her sensible sense of National identity and understands what’s right and what’s wrong and if people want to take the side of Israel and fly the flag of the star of David is some kind of symbol of white nationalism Asif that’s gonna save Iran you are at your mind. Don’t worry all of this will go away hopefully the next couple of weeks with these idiots and they’ll find somewhere else to go and annoy and being a nuisance too as these bots normally are. The Japanese have a very strict mentality when it comes to creatives and intellectual properties. In Japan, piracy is considered a direct form of disrespect to the creator, not the company, because the cultural mentality is to support the people involved in the creation This is why the tweets from Japan seem to be geniouenly shocked or angry when it comes to the issue. I have seen as much as Japanese geniouenly outraged someone would even take a picture in a movie theatre when the movie is playing. From their point of view, if you like something, you properly support it. It’s contradictory to admit that you pirate it while calling yourself a fan What they don’t understand is that the fans in the West don’t actually get to properly support the creators most of the time. Instead, are stuck dealing with several layers of third parties to even attempt to do so and only a fraction at best actually gets back to the creators.
