As fires devastate Los Angeles, today the Legislature held a Special Session called by Newsom to "Trump-proof" California. This is appalling.

I voted for Trump since 2016 and a proud Californian.

As a CA resident in So. Cal, words fail me. He is a disgrace. How do we get he and the mayor out ASAP?

Is he going to "Trump-proof" it when it is found to be arson by illegal aliens? Do the Feds pay then or does the Trump-Proof state? An arrest was just made in the Kenneth fire and he does not look like a white dude.

Newscum really needs to go! His priorities are so screwed up.

If the citizens cannot see the eneptness in the current California Administration starting with Gavin Newsom where at a loss. I would prefer he resign and save us and him any further humilation... but if necessary, we need to recall him...immediately

If he's going to "Trump proof California" he better not stick his hand out for any federal funds to bail out this disaster, and since the state budget is busted because of him it will cripple the state of CA. He can kiss his political career goodbye.

It's beyond imagination that a governor truly has zero priority to save his state. He made a few cameo appearances - highlighted conversations with demented Biden - and carries on with his mission to "resist Trump" Pathetic.
