Agree, terminology is important. To label anyone protesting for Palestinian rights or calling for a ceasefire to stop killing civilians in Gaza as Pro-Hamas is both disingenuous & lazy. And “Islamist mobs,” setting aside the racism in that comment, the protests are quite diverse.

🇵🇸 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 This man is yelling at Pro-Palestinian protesters, telling them they are "blind by hate", and that they are protesting because it is "fashionable", and has become "an excuse to hate Jews." While this may apply to some, it definitely does not apply to all who protest in support of the Palestinian cause. Many protesters in any protest will have extreme views and agendas, including Pro-Palestinian protesters promoting hatred, however this does not reflect ALL protesters. Most protesters are advocating for aid to civilians, the protection of the innocent, and improvements to the lives of Palestinians. These are noble causes to fight for. A Pro-Palestinian protester is not pro-Hamas. A Pro-Israeli protester is not anti-Palestinian.

This scene from Gaza today will be used by propagandists to show the fake plight of the Gazans. But these aren’t victims. These are the same people who cheered in the streets of Gaza as hostages and dead bodies were paraded on Oct 7. These are the same people who cheered and celebrated as the bodies of Kfir and Ariel were paraded in caskets a few weeks ago. These are the same people who chose willingly to not do anything to release the hostages which would have ended all of it. These are not victims. After finishing a meeting with a senior Arab diplomat, urging him to support anti-Hamas protestors in Gaza, I came across a seemingly spontaneously organized "pro-Palestine" protest in Washington DC. I thought, wow, maybe they are out here to support the hundreds of thousands of Gazans who have been demonstrating against Hamas and demanding the end of the terror group's rule. Instead, these demonstrators were repeating the same old tired slogans and made no mention or reference to Gazans who are putting their lives on the line. The tone deafness of the protesters was astonishing, almost as if they were deliberately trying to obfuscate what was happening in Gaza. The people of Gaza are exposing the fraud of the mainstream "pro-Palestine" "solidarity" movement in the West, one that only cares about Palestinian lives when they fit a narrow anti-Israel agenda and apply selective outrage but never toward an Islamist fascist terrorist organization that destroyed the Palestinian national project and harmed the Palestinian people. Well, we’ve been looking into the shooter who law enforcement sources have identified as Robin Westman and police have been examining some of the postings online by an individual of the same name, presumed to be the same individual. It shows numerous weapons, magazines, things in preparation for the shooting along with a book and different notes. But one of them is particularly telling in that it says: ‘I have waited for this for so long. I am not well. I am not right. I am a sad person, haunted by these thoughts that do not go away. I know this is wrong’ and he goes on to describe that the action he is going to take against this world before taking his own life — which is not uncommon in these incidents, these active shooter scenarios where you see someone who reports to be in — in — in pain and trauma and that they write all of this out and leave it behind with the foreknowledge that what they're about to do is going to end their own life as well, while taking these — these strangers, these innocent people with them in the process. But investigators are going back through this material and a lot of other material trying to determine motive. So what do we know? I mean, what we know, if this in fact is from the shooter, that his motive was he was in pain. For a long time most Jewish organizations and Jewish leaders in the world treated these false claims against Israel and the Jewish people as absurd, and on their face, ridiculous. And so we ignored the claims, and we let them sort of lie and fester for a long time. And one of the big criticisms that I've heard about my book, Israel on Trial, especially from Jewish organizations, is, "Well, we shouldn't give these these allegations the time of day. We should ignore them. We shouldn't put Israel on trial, we should put Hamas on trial." All of that, I think, is fair. Hamas should be on trial. But the opposite is not necessarily true either. And I think the strategy we have taken over the last 20 or 30 years—of ignoring these claims—has proven to be a fatal mistake. And the reason for that is whether in the law or in sports or in politics, when you ignore the other side's argument, you lose. That's just how it is. No matter how flagrantly absurd the argument is. In the law, if the other side files a motion, it's an adversarial system, if you don't respond to it, the judge isn't going to delve deeply into the correctness of the motion. They've got 300 other motions to deal with. If there's an unobjected to motion, that motion is granted by what we call default. The same thing happens in sports. If one football team arrives on the field and the other team doesn't show up, they win by forfeit. And so in either case, not rebutting the arguments that you believe are frivolous has allowed these arguments really to spread like wildfire across our population, both in our young people and even now bleeding into people in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. It's a very dangerous game we've been playing, and we were wrong to play it. The point of my book is to be patient with these arguments, show people that we can engage these arguments, and that on the merits they are totally false and frivolous as a matter of fact and law.

The system was not meant that not -- we don't think there is anything that says… We are getting them out. And a judge cannot say no, you have to have a trial. The trial is going to take two years.
