As I’ve said before, the cruel attacks on disabled people by the DWP since 2010 will go down in history as an inexcusable crime —so will this Government’s plans now. I will be voting against cuts to disability benefits. My colleagues can & must do so too.

Voting against or abstaining? They are both 2 very different things.... if you abstain you haven't voted against it..... When your whip is being put on the line we will see what you do... If you're going to abstain, then you are just a virtue signalling cunt.

Disability benefits cuts affect us all. Anyone can become disabled at any point. The government’s concessions will leave those who become disabled in the future with even less support than today. A third of disabled people are already in poverty. We cannot allow this to grow.

In Parliament I said the simple truth is that any MP who votes for the disability cuts is voting to take support away from disabled people who need help to cut up food, wash, or go to the toilet. That’s why over 100 MPs – including me – will be voting it down next Tuesday.

There are FAR too many healthy people on benefits who are quite frankly taking the piss, including many foreigners. They're all as soft as boiled maggots at the DWP, and too afraid to do what's necessary. We need brutal cuts to the benefits budget, and I mean brutal - if you can work, you MUST work.
