James: It’s unfortunate that the president is weaponizing the federal government, particularly the DOJ. It’s also unfortunate that Pam Bondi seems to believe that the DOJ is the personal attorney for the President of the United States, rather than serving the interests of America, the rule of law, and our democracy. That’s what’s truly unfortunate. It’s also unfortunate that we no longer have an independent DOJ, and that now it’s up to Democratic attorneys general, who are standing up to ensure that our liberties, our freedoms, and our democracy are protected, and that our systems and institutions are respected. That’s what we do, and that’s why we’re here.

If international community just stays indiferrent and enjoys the horrible political show that is playing now in Romania, this will leed to an international legal precedent where a constitutional court will take the power of the vote from the people and give it always to the politicians. That will be the end of democracy as we know it, world wide. EU are you watching? US are you listening?
