🇺🇸 As LA Fire Hydrants stopped working this brave pilot took matters into his own hands, landed on the sea, refilled his plane with water & reengaged with the fires. What an absolute Legend 👏

That’s literally his job. 🫣

Elon Musk claims to have finished a 100,000-strong H100 cluster in four months. How likely is that?

There could be legal consequences for scooping up protected aquatic life, transporting it across shorelines, propelling it to a fiery death, not getting a LA Toll tag, and disrupting the narrative of global warning.

Seems obvious that using salt water to fight these fires would be far superior to just letting everything burn to the ground. I have read some criticism about using salt water to fight the LA fires - they say it will cause environmental damage to homes and lawns. Far better that than total destruction. Easy call.

This is a 30 million dollar plane....this isnt some average joe, lmao, its not some random pilot. Hes a government employee doing his job.

Isn't that his job? I mean it's cool and all that , but the plane was designed for that job and he was trained to do it. Why am I supposed to be impressed?

True hero! While California’s leaders sit around blaming “climate change” and letting everything fall apart, this pilot steps up and gets the job done. No excuses, no bureaucracy—just ACTION. We need more people like this and fewer incompetent politicians. Absolute legend! 🇺🇸🔥

You can do that???! Wow?! Imagine if California had 500 of those planes (worth the taxes, but not with the current administration) doing that systemically and dousing the flames all at once…? Crazier money has been lost… 🤷♂️

He'll probably get arrested for taking the ocean water out...

Thats what those planes are supposed to do

@MummyisT Is salt water ok to use to fight fires?
