As someone who documented these gang literally killing shooting and slashing New Yorkers and migrants throughout NYC this move by our current mayor is a huge mistake. I seriously get nightmares because what I have seen on the streets of NYC because of the violence i have seen. I believe once the mayor and city council let's federal authorities into the jails all these random ICE raids will stop .
