40!!!!!!! That’s a large number I hope the waqf tribunal is scrapped, let the land dispute go to regular courts like others The waqf body should have members from all communities ie Shia Sunni Bohra Christian Hindu Ahmediya etc

WAQF board is unconstitutional In a secular country how can one religion be bestowed with special treatment? Scrap WAQF not amendment.

WAF Board assets should be fully nationalized. Mosques and dargahs should be merged with the Hindu religious & Charities Department and the department should be renamed as religious & Charities Department. Masjid and Dargah assets should be audited by auditor of Government of India

Waqf Board is the third largest land owner in India. Rs 2 Lakh crore is the value of property which can generate Rs 20,000 crores revenue. #Congress has really helped only this minority. Waqf Act 1995 must be repealed.
