Wanted to read what others have said and it is very much the case of feeling that everything that could be said was. There were some really wonderful comments about the situation but at the same time also the desire by everyone that it does not happen again. For me the overriding thing has to be one of my continued support of the team. Mistakes can be made, ask Russell he lost a race win, but it is that place of been a Williams fan that matters to me. I have every faith in the team and its management in particular James. Let's get back to it and just get the best race result we can.

More concerning is we still have 1 driver with no hope of delivering. 9 races left after today and giving Mick Schumacher that seat will improve our odds. His work in the SIM at Mercedes & his stats as the most consistent of the 6 Alpine WEC drivers speak for themselves.

Thank you for the update James. We all share in your pain but also trust in your leadership to ensure it won’t happen again. That was yesterday - Today is race day, so maximum attack and let’s see what we can achieve.

Very unfortunate but just like Andrea Stella at McLaren James is an incredible leader of this great team and I love the way he speaks and explans things the future is bright for Williams with him and I'm confident he'll return them to the front just like Andrea has for McLaren.

Good to know it’s an easy fix. I am sure you are on top of the issue and will get it sorted. There is still an opportunity for points today if everything is executed well. Come on team we are behind you!
