Yesterday I shared with some people said,Ruto has been able to collect a lot of money which used to be lost by cash payment.But after collecting our money in one bag which was to help us Kenyans,he has now easen stealing.Anaiba bila break.Already SHA isn't working.

My simple understanding is that most Kenyans pay services on ecitizen through Mpesa and other means. Unless they created a cron job to divert the money, this money can be traced. Who initiated, authorized and approved. So they know where the money is
