That's the popular Chinasa(SA on special duties to Hope Uzodinma), he's the one the Useless governor uses to do his dirty jobs. He's more like the one in charge of tiger base, Ola is their commander, but Chinasa is in charge. My uncle who is an ACP, saved me from them 3yrs ago.
