As someone who has mained Kaid before it was popular, how would you actually nerf this gun without making KAID SPECIFICALLY miserable to play?

I remember when siege had real recoil in the game and each gun had different recoil patterns. If they went back to that, then less people would crutch on these shotguns. There's virtually no recoil in this game anymore

ditch the AUG, swap the gun. I don't get why kaid has the shitty AUG, all DMR/ long range equipped defenders has high fire rate alternatives, Alibi has the beretta, goyo has the vector, Aruni has the P10 roni, maestro has alda, azami being the only exception having the vsn

I think it’s damage to fire rate ratio is what needs to be looked at. That gun can be shot so fast if you have a good trigger finger that it’s kind of insane.

reduce tcsg damage or remove acog tcsg. Slightly buffs the aug fire rate, people only don't like the aug because how bad the fire rate is. People rather use peashooters with a high fire rate than a mid rifle and low fire rate.

slower fire rate, remove acog, remove the projectiles from the gun, remove the barrel, remove the mag, make it so you can just throw the shell of the gun at people once for 20 damage

i mained kaid a lot and i genuinely never used the shotgun until recently. just get better with the aug ig if they nerf the shotty

Remove acog, reduce dmr damage by 10-15 dmg reduce bullets by 3 on all dmrs or limit to 7+1 (8 overall) and damage drop off by 5 meters

nuke the tcsg give kaid a secondary shotgun bring back the aug.

I think they should just take acog off all dmrs

revert damage back to 67. revert the 'damage falloff starting range' back to 15m. make it tickle people again
