Chris Welch sends his kids to private schools, then refused to put the IIKA bill on the board today to give his cronies air cover to not have to take a position on it. He knew the full republican caucus would vote yes, so he withheld it. 9,400 kids in IL are getting told tonight that they will have to change schools next year. Some of those schools turn out ZERO students reading at grade level annually. But what does it matter to Speaker Welch? His kids are good - screw yours. You must understand IL - he needs that sweet CTU money to stay in power. And today he's shown them that when they contribute to Welch and his pals - they get what they paid for.
